I could care less about losing my period or being dizzy, it's losing my hair that I'm scared of.
I cut so much my room is starting to looks like a surgery room. Blades, gauze, bandaids and rubbing alcohol all spread out like Iām ready to preform a surgery.
Iāve lost 10 pounds in 4 days

Does anyone else not want to die. Like sh and āļøving are how I stay alive. Itās the only thing that makes me feel something. Iām never happy or sad, I donāt cry when I cut, itās like Iām incapable of feeling. But when I cut I can feel that something.
Why do I have to go between not caring abt what I look like and binging to starving myself and doing what I know is best. Why canāt I just stick to the thing that I know will make me look better in the long run.
Tips that made me go from 160 to 125 pounds!
ā¢go vegetarian! Itās the main reason I lost weight
ā¢if you know you have a big party or event, save your calories and try not to eat through the day
ā¢smoothies are really simple and itās something your stomach can digest easily
⢠one plate rule. When going out, promise yourself one plate of food. No seconds or appetizers. Remember, you have a goal and youāll see all of that food again
⢠donāt eat lots of processed foods. There greasy and add unnecessary calories. Instead eat some berries as a snack or make your own
ā¢Water!!!
ā¢donāt starve yourself if you feel like your going to faint, itās super embarrassing when you actually do.
ā¢going to Starbucks? Or chick fa la? Look up something on tik tok thatās low cal. My go to drink at Starbucks only has 70 calories in it.
ā¢donāt make people feel sorry for you because YOU decided not to eat. This is your diet, not a way to get people to feel bad
⢠sugar and carbs make people fat, try to cut down on it
⢠cardio
⢠small portions are key
