I would either swap the Trex's 6th and 14th level abilities or just make the target have disadvantage for their turn. Just because when you attack a stunned target you have advantage and if you hit it is an instant crit. (Please corrdct me if im wrong on that) Other than that, this is amazing and i will totally be using this.

Small Aberration Boss

Looks like we’re going with small aberration for our boss character. I had some ideas for it and a few presented to me throughout the day. I’ll list them all off here and we can add to it over the next day or so.

The basis of its power is mind control. It has two servants who it is in complete control over, they essentially act as its puppets.

It has access to powerful mind based spells and abilities such as modify memory and geas. Can screw with your mind simply by looking at you.

Teleporting and shape changing capabilities.

Ability to manifest illusions

Solid start here, what else should it be able to do? We’re also going to need a name. Something impossible to pronounce. Very few vowels, overabundance of “C” and “Y”. Maybe even a “Q” with no “U” after it. Let’s go nuts with it.

That’s not the right IRS rule.

$599.99 is the amount below which a business does not need to issue a 1099 to a contractor who provides business services. The contractor still needs to report the income on their taxes.

The correct number for the IRS rule for money that is gifted rather than received in a business transaction is $13999.99–more than that, and the recipient has to pay tax on the gift and report it to the IRS. Less than that, and there’s no taxation or reporting requirement.

If we’re choosing amounts on the basis of IRS limits, give these people $13,999.99.
