u always catch him being an actual dad

he’ll be in his favourite sofa crevice, scratching his chin w his arm up in that position the bois make fun of him for.

and you have to try with all your might to not burst out laughing

instead you send a picture to the mx groupchat.

it’s called tender blackmail.

he also falls asleep on the sofa a lot but u can’t move him so

another dad thing he does is that he’s lowkey super protective

he’s not often an emotional person so it’s quite well hidden

but he does worry if you’re home later than him and will probably call u.

and will let out a prominent sigh of relief when you respond

lets you wear the baggy shirts he doesn’t wear anymore or so he claims

it just makes him chuckle when his shirts completely drown you

you also get to see a v sincere side to shownu

you can clearly see how his performing on top of variety shows exhausts him (esp when he claims variety is not his thing)

but he’ll never snap at you when he’s like that

because he’s so sincerely appreciative of having you around

but doesn’t disguise his dumbness

you guys can’t have many expensive ornaments

bc he’ll go to thoughtfully polish it to cheer you up

and end up breaking it

he’s a literal sweetheart that tries so hard, love him please

Wonho:

he would be the sweetest roommate in th world

even tho he’s busy 24/7

he’ll sometimes randomly buy you your usual coffee

or he’ll see you’re almost out of milk or something

where he’ll promptly restock so you don’t have to

he’s incredibly thoughtful

it makes you a lil sad sometimes when he’s particularly busy

bc you miss him like crazy

but when he gets the chance, he makes sure he hangs out w you and dedicate some set time to his best friend

bc he really appreciates you

you’re both each other’s main support

he knows that when he walks in through the door after a shit day

you’ll be sat on the sofa ready to hear him out

it leads to way too many profound chats till like 3 in the morning

he’s a lil’ bit protective

on the rare occasion he’s not working and you’re not home

he’ll be snapchatting you, texting you

‘wonho i was just at the gym?’ ‘can i come too??!!”

and then suddenly you’re hanging out as per

living w wonho is the chillest thing

except when he neglects to wear a shirt when he’s having a lazy day

and you’re red in the face, throwing fabrics at him to cover him damn self.

friends or not it’s illegal for wonho to walk around like that

you both gel without arguments

you like the same films, music and even like to eat at similar places

never any arguments over takeout lol

you even end up giving each other skin care tips 

which makes for a pretty blissful living arrangement if you ask me.

Minhyuk:

okay you two are the ultimate best friends.

you have a long list of movies and tv series/anime that you two have to watch together

primarily because you know how whiny and salty he will be if u break it 

you’re both pretty relaxed roommates

like the dishes don’t need to be done right this second

magically chores still get done

thankfully, minhyuk isn’t the typical gross male

but he will probably shamelessly steal food that you have labelled

which is probably the only source of any conflict in your house.

when you’re both at home

you better believe this loud ass will wake you up super early to go do something together

“time to bond (y/n)!!!!” “what r u, 5?”

but you’re lowkey kinda grateful that he wants to do stuff with you

since you’re always afraid you’ll lose him to his schedule

you’re still super super close

you guys create your own dance routines and memorise current choreos that are trending 

you prank each other, which may involve you printing pre-debut pictures of minhyuk and plastering them everywhere

you have you’re own handshake that may or may not last for like 5 minutes

and if either of you forget it oH THE b e t r a y a l

did i mention that minhyuk is a massive drama queen?

but in a funny way (unlike a certain member who’s about to follow)

you will have named your shared apartment, no doubt

and will reference its name in the invites of the house parties you guys host

you basically act like siblings when their parents go out for the evening... 24/7...

Kihyun:

the ‘drama queen’ i previously mentioned

if u wanted a relaxed roommate, dude look elsewhere

i reckon yoo kihyun is a clean freak

he is mad about a rota of chores, to ensure it’s equal

but i can imagine him redoing them anyway if they weren’t done exactly how he normally does it.

this causes some some minor bickering

it’s always resolved when you ask what you’re doing for dinner that night

you guys have this insane ability to just drop arguments in a flash

which is why the intense cleaning regime never bothers you

plus, it contents your parents that you don’t live in a pig sty

(and silently wish that they could hire kihyun to clean on the side)

but beneath the bitterness, he can be super thoughtful

he’ll remember a food you were craving that one time

and suddenly you’ll find it in the cupboards

when you ask, he’ll shrug it off 

but he lowkey loves to cook for you.

you guys will love to buy furniture together

prepare yourself for many trips to look at random decorations or house plants to liven up your two dead souls

relishing the simple joys like buying new plates or cutlery like the secretly middle aged people you are.

surprisingly, yall have a v similar ideal

i can just picture this modern (not to mention spotless), monochromatic apartment in seoul

mx and your friends will be so jealous of how well you run your appartment together

although they quietly question your friendship, yall get it each other

your closeness is measured in bitterness and insults

and you don’t really need anyone to understand your friendship

Hyungwon:

this living arrangement will be the exact opposite to living w kihyun

“organised mess”

it’s just you guys are always so busy with your careers and lives

so tidiness happens to be the bottom of the priority list

except when parents come over

then you’re doing hurdles over each other to tidy up

trying to find as many convenient dark spots in the place to hide unwashed laundry

when you are both at home

it’s a quiet contentedness in each other's company

you’ll most likely message each other instead of yell

but when you do call out to him, it usually takes 3-6 times before you receive at least a mumble in response

you’ll probably text each other when you’re right next to each other

well, if hyungwon’s even awake

you will definitely leave passive aggressive notes to each other

and hyungwon will reply on the same cupboard door

and the door will be wide ajar

and you’re genuinely not sure whether he hasn’t noticed the actual issue or is blatantly ignoring it

nevertheless, it’s your guys’ sense of humour

you guys probably stay up a lot together when you’re both free and not feeling up to doing much

a few beers while watching some b-rate movie to laugh at

but the film will soon be forgotten and you’ll be talking about anything from love to what vegetable you identify with

and end up falling asleep on the sofa next to each other at 6 am

and the cycle starts all over again

Jooheon:

a golden, pure apartment

you guys are inseparable and the cutest friends alive

yall really take care of each other, even if its a little out yours’ way

you both can immediately sense when something is wrong

when you drag your feet into the flat, your face completely drained

jooheon is alert and ready to let you rant about your day

and he’ll offer to pay for food that night or cook something

likewise with him. you just sense when he needs a cry or a moan.

you guys are also super goofy

jumping around like 10 year olds to your favourite playlists

having your own lip sync battles and completely slaying the raps

i can also imagine you two having a redecorating day together

you playfully bickering over a shade of blue for the living room

idk it just seems like something you guys would do together

you also leave sweet notes for each other

especially if you don’t see each other at home for a while

you’ll wake up to a lil’ sticky note wishing you a pleasant day

it’s honestly sickly sweet

you’ll prank and tease the other members when they come over

because you guys are an unstoppable, mischievous duo

unfortunately shownu doesn’t really scare like jooheon does

so the tables over turn :/

jooheon has also put a ban on horror movies 

because he’s so jumpy and he knows he’ll never live it down

you guys will also share a bed in a completely platonic way

like you have just missed your best friend

so you have a sleepover... in the flat you share... as adults

everybody just assumes you’re dating and mx think you should

esp when jooheon gets lowkey jealous when you go on dates, since he’s so openly protective of you

but you guys know where you’re at

and you’re happy as best friends

you have been friends so damn long, you know exactly how each other click so there are rarely any problems

because you guys are still goofy through it al

like i said, it’s a v chill household

chores get magically done, eventually, but there’s no real rush

but you are both rarely there to have to thrive in it

it does make kihyun want to die a little when he visits

changkyun is often at his own studio

and you’ll receive calls asking you to listen to something he’s produced and see what you think of it

it means you guys end up spending more time at his studio than the apartment you both pay for lmao

but it doesn’t bother either of you

sometimes, it does take some prompting from you to stop him from overworking himself

what you guys love to do is go out on drives

just drive somewhere completely random, sit and watch the night creep in

you guys can pretty much talk for hours and hours

be it reminiscing, talking about the future or about the new music that you have been listening to

this does mean changkyun always has headphones in

so you’ll have to call his name repeatedly to get his attention 

your apartment will also always smell good

you both end up buying heaps and heaps of incense and candles

careful in not making the landlord believe you guys are doing drugs lmao

but it just creates such a relaxed atmosphere

and you don’t have to think too hard when buying each other presents

sorry if the lengths aren’t v well balanced. i had LOADS of ideas for some members and fewer for others. curse of writer’s brain grrrr. some of these were so cute, and i would so room w changkyun tbh

The following sequence of events was surreal, almost dreamlike. Although every day you contemplated how you would possibly find this man again, you never acted upon it. Instead, you worked as normal, continuing to try and balance college and life on an unfair set of scales. People came and went in the café. Their faces seemed to merge, amalgamating into one big generic set of features that meant you could not distinguish one customer from the next. It was a drone. You couldn’t help but long for a chance occurrence, a brief sighting of the man who’s touch made it feel like you had spent centuries together. The stranger’s gaze that shouldn’t make your entire being melt and contort into a jelly-like substance. It was a subconscious longing that no cell of your body could combat. You were about to close shop, after a long and uneventful day. You were doing a final scope of the tables, collecting the remnants of coffee cups. You caught your monotonous expression in the reflection of one of the plastic cups. You sighed.

The bell of front door broke you from your sudden trance. You snapped out of it, bouncing up to the counter. You greeted warmly, despite your fatigue. A young man was stood before you. You could easily spot he was an idol, even though no facemask adorned the lower half of his face. “Bold” you thought. You couldn’t even begin to fathom the thousands of girls who would be beyond excited to see such a sight. His complexion was dark, matching the puppy eyes that twinkled in the lights above the both of you. You couldn’t argue that he wasn’t attractive. “How are you?” he piped up. You smiled politely, bowing your head to reply with a “Very well thank you Sir.” It wasn’t so atypical that customers started conversation, especially when they appeared in no rush to return to their lunch break or dash to work early in the morning. “I am sorry to come in so late,” he politely excused. You shook your head. “It’s no problem Sir, what can I get you?” His gentle eyes scanned the board above your head. You patiently watched as his eyes flicked from option to option. “Ah,” his eyes landed on one beverage. “He wanted an iced americano,” he pondered aloud. His smile peeped through, pushing his hair back so the hairs stood sporadically before settling into a different position. “Coming right up!” you chirped. He paid, the touch was so foreign since your past encounter with an idol. He leant back on his leg, darting his eyes around the empty café whilst you worked away. His lips hung ever so slightly ajar as he zoned out. You spun on your heel, grabbing the syrup bottle from the side. You plopped the lid on, spearing the liquid with a straw. You spun back, placing the cup gently on the side. He beamed, taking the cup in his long fingertips. “Have a nice evening!” you replied. Just as his hand was placed on the door handle, your eyes met the receipt. You quickly picked it up. “Sir wait, your receipt.” He was gone. You sighed, flipping the receipt over. Your brow furrowed. A phone number had been clumsily scribbled on the back.

“But he didn’t seem that into me,” you exclaimed to your friend over the phone. You were strewn out on your bed. Your arms were outstretched as your phone laid close to your face, the face of your best friend filling the screen. “I will kill you if you don’t ring this guy back. What if he’s a successful idol?” “He’s definitely a successful idol,” you retorted. “Then you have to call him.” You sighed. You played with the scrunched-up receipt in your hands, toying at the slight tears in its edges. The print of the order was slightly smudged and faded upon being in and out of your hands for most of the evening. “I mean he was cute but-“ “Call him,” she cut you off plainly. You rolled your eyes, forgetting she couldn’t see you. “Fine, have it your way. I blame you if I am murdered or killed by some weirdo,” you responded. She huffed. “Let me know what happens,” she added. “Alright, night.” The line cut off. You held your phone and the receipt in your hands. Something was drawing you to the number. “What if it’s too late? I don’t want to wake him up” you wondered, almost like you were constructing barriers to stop yourself. It was barely 8o’clock. Any normal adult would be wide awake. You flipped open the keypad. Your phone vibrated on each number, adding to the motion of your now shaky hands. You reached the last number: a point of debate. You scrunched up your eyes, pressing the number quickly and placed the device to your ear. It rang. Your breathing quickened, your chest tight. Suddenly, the line stopped ringing. “Hello? Who is this?” a voice called out.

A wave of warmth hit you. Your breathing eased, every muscle relaxing into a slump. It was a sense of familiarity. “Hi, you gave me your number in the shop today?” There was a pause. “It was on a receipt, sorry maybe I have the wrong-“ “Oh so Kai did manage to give you my number,” the voice cut you off. It soothed you. The image of you holding hands with a man snapped back into your conscious. Then, you remembered the warmth you felt when that idol paid for his drink only a week before. Your throat was dry. “Sorry this may seem a bit weird coming from a stranger, but can I meet up so we can talk? It’s kinda important,” the voice bumbled through the sentence. There was no mistaking it. That was the man from before. You swallowed the lump in your throat before uttering out a shaky “Okay”. This was the strangest thing that had ever happened to you. You felt so out of control. All the principles and rules of meeting up with a random stranger had flown completely out of the window, like an unparalleled force was pulling you towards the random man. “Oh good, can I meet you by your café in like 20 minutes?” You agreed. A concoction of nerves and mysterious attraction bubbled and swirled at the pit of your stomach. You didn’t even think to text your friend before you were gathering your coat and shoes.

Each step was quicker than the last. You practically tripped over yourself at one stage, as if your feet were fighting one another to make that next step. It was cold, yet the biting winds didn’t make you falter. You simply had to meet with this man, and not a single atom in your body could explain why. Turning a corner, you saw the silhouette of the shop you worked at every day. Underneath the lamp that stood beside it, you spotted a figure. Your feet planted into the ground. Your breath hitched in your throat. Your footsteps echoed on the pavement as you made your way to the location. You looked down to your feet and it transported you into your conscious, you were in an emerald meadow where your toes sunk into the soft grass. Yellow flowers dotted the ground like stars in the sky. The warmth of the memory made you almost forget you were in a cold high street. When you looked up, the man gleamed a golden smile that seemed to make the light dance around it. You blinked, and you were back. This time, you were face to face with the same man. The man who had been the only concurrent theme through all the dreams and flashes of another time: a man you had never met.

“You felt it too?” the man asked gently. Without the mask, his smile was just as gentle as his voice. His hair was loose, free from the hood it was previously sheltered under. Your heartbeat raced, like you were walking down the aisle. “I can’t explain it,” he added. “I keep seeing your face, and voice like I’ve known you for so long. It’s so strange,” he uttered clumsily. “I know,” you breathed. The man chuckled, most likely at the ludicrous nature of this entire encounter. “I’ve never even met you, but here I am ready to confess my love to you,” he admitted. It caught you off guard. A rose colour crept on your cheeks. His eyes widened in a slight panic on your reaction. “Sorry, that’s so forward,” he quickly excused. You shook your head. “No I understand, honestly my head is all over the place,” you responded. “I am Jongdae.” The name made you smile, that same familiarity you had been experiencing for the past week overcame all your senses. “I’m (Y/N).” He beamed. He began to extend his hand out, his eyes flicking up to yours to check for approval. You nodded. He took your hand. It seemed everything had fit into the place: the final piece to a puzzle you had never seemed to finish. His touch had cast you back to the moment in the coffee shop. “There,” he noted aloud. “It’s that same feeling again, thank god I am not mad,” he bumbled. You looked up to Jongdae. You were both absorbed for a minute, neither’s gaze faltering. You weren’t prepared to admit that you suddenly believed in the power in fate, but the instant connection and the flashbacks from a life you hadn’t lived had begun to deconstruct your scepticism. At his soft “Can we do this again?”, a reality you could never have dreamt materialised: a deistical moment where you had managed to find a man you were spiritually connected to. A soulmate perhaps?

IT’S FINALLY DONE! I am sorry this took a while, I had my play last week and my concert on Wednesday which went s o well. my friends did such a good job organising / hosting / playing. but i never forget me kpoop roots;)

The sounding of the word “soulmate” made all your sceptic senses crawl back inside themselves. In high school, your friends would always chatter about who their soulmate was, and what they would look and act like. Of course, these traits were often likened to one of their favourite idols. You’d roll your eyes. You had always thought the possibility of finding the lover from your past life was ludicrous, although an interesting myth. The tale was always that you fall in love with the same person in every life you had, every reincarnation. You believed it was just a comforting notion, allowing everybody to lull themselves into the idea that they could find love. That they had a destiny with somebody. You had just accepted your loveless fate all the way through school as all your friends started to date. Whilst you remained single, they all discovered “the one”, whether it was their destined “soulmates” you had no idea.

You had zoned out in a quiet hour at your job. To support your take-out and ramen filled college lifestyle, you had gotten a job at a café in Seoul. It was modern. The big glass panes allowed the ever-dimming, afternoon light to seep into the field of empty tables. The burgundy walls felt miles away the more customers faded out their seats. It was surprising for the middle of the fast life in one of Korea’s biggest cities. You sighed, aimlessly polishing the surface of the counter. Your mind often ran away with you on shifts like this. You daydreamed, sometimes it was what you were having for food later or the prospect of having a boyfriend. It varied. As you went to collect a cup you had not spotted earlier, the bell gently rang. You shot up. You quickly beamed a pleasant greeting to the customer, bowing almost 45 degrees. They returned the greeting politely. You rushed behind the counter. “What can I get you today?” The customer pulled down his facemask ever so slightly. “Idol” you thought to yourself. You had worked in this café long enough to recognise the mannerisms of an idol not wanting to draw attention to themselves. Then you saw his soft gaze, and it was affirmed for you. You caught a glimpse of his perfect complexion poking from the hat and mask that there was no way that he was a normal person. Luckily for him you didn’t follow idols, so he was not at risk of being bombed by a saesang. “Can I get an iced americano to go?” he asked. You nodded gently. “Is that all for you today?” you chirped. “Yes, thank you,” he answered softly. Despite your lack of interest in idols, you couldn’t lie that his voice was soothing on the ears. You told him the price, waiting patiently as he fumbled for his cash. You reached out and your hand brushed his. Suddenly, an image zapped across your conscious. An image of a man’s hand holding yours, a feeling of warmth washing over you. You blinked rapidly, snapping yourself out of it. “Are you okay?” the man asked. He still had his arm extended where the money had left his palm. You shook your head. “Ah, sorry sir, I am fine,” you fumbled. You quickly handed him the change. Quickly, you spun around to the machinery. You took advantage of the moment he couldn’t see your face to compose yourself. “What the hell was that?” You could barely focus as your hands instinctively made the drink. “I have no connection with this man whatsoever”. You tried to toss the thoughts aside. Once the drink was made, you popped the plastic lid on top. You made sure it was tightly in place. “Here you are!” you announced. You handed him the drink, looking up to meet his eyes. They were wrinkled into a delicate smile. An image of a smiling man moulded onto his face, bearing teeth and laughing joyously as if you had known each other for years. You snapped out of it once more, meeting the now concerned gaze of the young man before you. “Apologies sir, I hope you enjoy your drink!” you stutter, trying your hardest not to accidently snap at him. He left promptly, drink in hand. Your body collapsed onto the countertop. You buried your head into the surface. “What the hell just happened?”

The incident never left your mind the entire way home. The images of the unnamed idol you had met that day kept playing repeatedly like exerts from an old film tape. You couldn’t describe the immediate warmth and connection you had when you had brushed his hand, or the boundless smile that appeared. As you collapsed onto your bed, the thoughts circulated. You had never met this man before, but it felt like you had. “I guess that’s what a crush feels like,” you mumbled aloud. Then you remembered how he looked like an idol. You looked across at your phone that was strewn by your feet, contemplating your idea. You shrugged to yourself. What harm could it do? The device fell into your hands and you tapped the contacts icon. You quickly scanned through the few names to find your friend. You placed it to your ear. The monotonous ringing sound droned. It stopped. “What’s up?” you heard the voice “I need your detective skills,” you suddenly blurted out. She snorted, surprised by your remark. “Oh yeah. it’s serene. the softness of jimin’s voice just soothes me. the build and the depth to this song is incredible, and it’s a great intro to their album. idk it’s just nice to hear jimin’s voice in this nature, when he’s not belting out those big high notes. it’s shows a new but nice quality to his voice.

Don’t Wanna Cry | SEVENTEEN

this is a song for the bloody a g e s. even my non kpop friend adores this song. there is no surprise that this song is on the list. i think it just fills my entire being when i watch the choreo or listen to the song. it’s a masterpiece - hands down. if u feel attacked by the mingyu x wonwoo attack, i feel u.

YESTERDAY | Block B

a pure underrated bop by a pure underrated group. some people this ‘cutesy’ fun cb didn’t fit their image, but i disagree. it shows their silly and funny side, bc they are bunch of dorks. and i always flip the fuck out in P.O’s verse lmao.

Teenager | GOT7

i am going to be honest w y’all, nothing that GOT7 had come out w truly gets me like the flight log: departure era. it is one of my favourite kpop albums of all time. so their latest comeback was SUCH a good thing. this song is just fun, flowy and the “i will do anything if u tell me good boy” is one of the most life ruining things that has ever come out of kim yugyeom’s mouth. one of my fave comebacks last year !!!

Easy Love | SF9

i stil retain that SF9 are the best rookie group out there at the moment (if they’re still classed as one? idk anymore). i loved all of the title songs they did in 2017 and i struggled between this one and ROAR tbh. there are no visual, vocal or rapping holes in this group. they’re phenomenal. just listen to the chorus of this song and tell me otherwise? also zuho’s rap at the bridge makes mE FREAK.

Our Tears | Hyolyn

this song is plain beautiful. it does give me hwarang flashbacks, but this song is just b e a u t i f u l. hyolyn has one of the most incredible voices i have ever heard. i have tried covering this many times, but i could never sing like her. i have no more words, this song is just amazing.

i had a hard time picking between this ‘bullshit’ but this one moves me every time i goddamn hear it. this is a new side i am not used to w GD’s solo stuff. it’s gorgeous. i don’t know why but every time the chorus hits, i feel like my heart is being pulled out of my chest. it’s beautiful, but so melancholy. what an incredible artist he is.

okay the mv and the dance are both incredible, but this song is genuinely outstanding it’s also damn sexy. i actually prefer the Chinese ver, and not bc i am repping the chinaline for the sake of it, it’s actually more pleasing on the ears. SVT does such a good job of showcasing all their members’ abilities, esp w all the unit stuff. but i love the build of this song and the background, it strips it all down and that is what makes it sO sexy.

oh LOOK. another masterpiece. this is one of my favourite mx albums, alongside the clan pt 2 for me. i literally cannot fault this song if i tried, along with most of their songs. i loved dramarama and shine forever, but this is my fave. it’s that perfect mix of hype and sultry, that damn chorus will kill me kihyun. also the most iconic bit of choreo with the arm thingy after the first chorus. incredible. stan talent. i am beyond words that they got their first win too, what lovely ppl.

ANTI | Zico (feat. G.Soul)

idontunderstand okay so i had a hard time picking between this and artist tbf. but omg the whole atmosphere of this song gets me. the breakdown before g.soul’s final chorus gets me hype. zico is just a genius when it comes to produces and i adore everything that he releases. she’s a baby and artist were basically on this list as well. so zico is my fave solo artist, hands fucking down.

Crazy, Sexy, Cool | ASTRO

tbh, i kind of fell out of love w ASTRO and idk why?? i just hadn’t been as mad obsessed w them. then they released this bop, and i am riding the hype train again. ASTRO has some of the best choreo ever which says a lot in an industry where pretty much everybody is great at dancing. i also feel very much offended by jinjin’s rap??? no thanks. opting out. they have just matured so much. 

전야 前夜 The Eve | EXO

okay, this is one of my top EXO songs for sure. it’s not my fave EXO album, but this song was worth me buying it tbh. it’s sexy as hell. it’s like a lighter artificial love and it fucks me up? also the vocals are smooth anD WHEN THE GODDAMN CHORUS HITS and suddenly 9 men have spread their legs all at once. we’re all screwed. they’ve taken over. also, always a fan of do kyungsoo’s adlbs.

I will go to you like the first snow | AILEE

okay i know she is a legend, but i have never really sat down and listened to her stuff (bad ik). but when i listened to the Goblin soundtrack, this damn song slapped me so hard in the face. her voice is outstanding. i also remember the amount of times Goblin ripped out my dumb heart and stepped all over it. anyway, i think this song is powerful and so is ailee tbh. the ending where she hits those notes, my wig flies. 

봄날 Spring Day | BTS

choosing only 2 BTS songs is a bloody feat. i bought this repackage SO fast wow, and this is definitely one of my fave BTS comebacks. ngl, i prefer it over DNA (although it will take a lot of effort for them to release a terrible song). this song and video are gorgeous. this was just such a fantastic era and time for BTS and this song makes my whole heart flutter like a 14y/o girl. 

Beautiful | Crush

okay yeah soz it’s another song from Goblin’s OST but i am viewing the songs individually, not because the show alone. anyway, i had no idea this was Crush. since i only knew him from ‘bermuda triangle’ (which is such a fucking bop) so i assumed he couldn’t  possiblyhave this sweet, angelic voice. spoiler - i was wrong. this song fills me with such emotion.

DARLING | Taeyang

honestly this man could punch me in the face and i would apologise. this song has mad “eyes,nose,lips” vibes but it’s so good. i loved this entire album, but ‘darling’ caught my heart (how gay is that). his voice is incredible but u can be assured i belt this song at full volume whenever it hits even at 10:30pm when i am writing this. i will always rep the BIGBANG bois, and i am glad this was the last album he decided to make before he went to the military.

What U do? | EXO

i had a hard time choosing between this and boomerang. but, this remains one of the standouts of the album. the chorus and entire song are so goddamn catchy, and similar to taeyang’s entry, i have a hard time not singing this aloud. i normally play this song after i leave the house at 7:30 in the morning to try and motivate me. i  just want to jump around like a doofus, and i love exo songs that do that.
