So I was at work, as usual, and I was bored as fuck. Lucky me, I work at the city library and I've got plenty of books to read or skim or simply look at the figures like a baby. Well, there was this book about beds in the Middle Ages and this picture struck me badly.

Hans smirked, taking his time to swallow a long sip. “If you like what you see, you’re free to look. But I had something a bit more…” He searched for the word, scratching his chin, then gave up with a shrug. He gestured to the girl, and Henry watched her approach, offering to help him undress.

I’ve been wanting to write something set during the first game for a while, so Hansryversary came at just the right time. I hope you enjoyed it! I haven’t written het sex in ages; honestly, I think I’ve done it once in my 30 years of life, so I’m a little rusty. The next and final chapter will be available over the weekend.
I'm thinking about Hans's smiles in their big romance scene.
Hans is crying and trying to be brave. Henry places his hand on top of Hans's and he looks up, raises his eyebrows, and smiles. He's so pleased. I'm sure his heart skipped a beat. A moment where his breath hitched.
Hans being laid down into the bed. A huge turn around from seconds before where he had thought he fucked it all up. A smile for Henry who is being quite gentle with him. A smile for Henry for coming back into the room. A smile for Henry because it's happening between them and he's a bit in awe. It doesn't feel real yet.
Hans smiling into the kiss. Henry's weight on top of him. Better than he imagined. His hands are larger than a woman's and they fit perfectly against his body. A smile into the kiss because he can't help himself. Henry befriended this little spoiled rotten noble prick and saved him, cared for him, listened to him, laughed with him, protected him, wanted to spend time with him, stood up for him, spoke kindly about him, and loved him even before there was something like this between them.
So he smiles into the kiss.
How could he not? When Henry is the epitome of what it feels like to come home again.
