hi im looking for a snape fic that i read years ago and am trying to find but am having some difficulties

its:

• set after the second war

• snape survives

• he stays on as headmaster

• the story is different chapters of him as a headmaster

• it was on fanfic.net

• one scene i remember is he calls hermione to his office (headmasters office) and talks about the scar bellatrix gave her and says he can get rid of it. he does and hermione is very happy but when she leaves he rolls up his sleeves and the scar is there; he didnt get rid of the scar just transferred it

• i think lupin is also alive

• there is another scene where he goes to the burrow and minerva sends a patronus telling him to get back to the castle because some people are there (inspectors? someone i cant remember) and snape ignores it and minerva keeps sending her patronus until the last one she sends she threatens sev and he goes back

snape takes his potions class out to the forbidden forest one time to show them how to collect and harvest potions ingredients. when all of a sudden, they’re ambushed by three/four people who want smth - maybe revenge?? maybe access to hogwarts?? idk bro it’s hp world, this shit happens all the time

as soon as they ambush snape and the kids, snape is already prepared bc he’s a paranoid bastard and casts a shielding charm on the students to protect them - then THISSS starts a fight. he’s fighting them on 4/3, but he doesn’t mind bc he’s used to it (🙄🙄🙄iykyk) and he’s doing all this cool shit and spells and stunts, like this guy can parkour like nothing else and all the students are watching and they’re so fascinated

obviously in the end, he wins. he calls dumbledore to let him know and the aurors come to arrest the guys or whatever and snape just continues on with his lesson bc it’s still class time, gosh, time has been wasted enough

but after that, the students who witnessed the fight became obsessed with him, telling the whole school what happened and then start asking snape for duelling lessons, so snapes like “uh, i’m not your DADA prof, i cant do that” and the kids are like “well why don’t you become the DADA prof” and snape is like “i’ve BEEEN trying 🙄” - which is when everyone remembers how they made fun of snape for never getting the DADA post but now they are all livid and start petitioning for snape to get the job and in conclusion everyone admires him and he’s the coolest person ever

yk the whole point of a patronus is that it’s one of the purest light magics possible, so pure that you’re only able to produce one with the purest of intentions from a pure happy memory and dark wizards are not capable of casting it.
