Habitrition Mom pt 2 (salad
Today Habitrition Mom decided to make a wonderful salad. It consists of Spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, broccoli, celery, raisins, dried cranberries and avocado (I added baby carrots and Parmesan cheese to mine).
In addition to the salad she had a leg and thigh of a rotisserie chicken to round out the meal.
Sometimes the best salads come from throwing all the raw vegetables you have into a bowl as exemplified here. Enjoy.

Office Candy
If you work in an office setting every day could be a struggle to say "no" to the candy jar. Make the conscious effort to walk away. You can do it!!
Tips to beat the candy urges

If you like salty (popcorn or nuts)
If you like sweet (fruit or dried fruit)
2: Drink water
3: Plan your eating schedule
