I was thinking about the ships in Haikyuu some of the main ones can can be summed up with “cliches”.

Daichi/Sugawara - the Mom and Dad ship

Hinata/Kageyama - rivals who are secretly in love with each other.

Nishinoya/Asahi - the hyper one and the timid one.

Tsukishima/Yamaguchi - asshole that only cares about his literal ball of sunshine best friend

Kuroo/Kenma - the playboy and the shy one
