haha, i promise i always take advantage of those moments for at least a bit and then i'll try and make it up to people later if needed. oh a toddler, yes — i know that'd be a lot. i have three little ones not even a year old yet so there's never a dull moment in the skarsgard household, that's for sure. i always say i enjoy compliments that are different or those backhand ones. you can make me smile or laugh it's a good one in my books.

No, I actually think that's a pretty profound answer. It makes sense, too. I imagine when you're responsible for a tiny human, you don't really have the luxury of acting first and thinking later anymore. Everything probably gets run through an extra filter of, "Okay, but how does this affect someone other than me?" I think it's interesting that your answer wasn't something big and dramatic, but a shift in the way you move through the world. How old is your little one already?

Don't worry I don't expect people to keep up with things, let alone things that I'm in! Motherhood is a perfectly acceptable answer. Have enough cousins that have kids and friends that have kids that I can understand why it gets crazy. Sounds like a good age, kind of work his way back up into things. The Hunger Games series and the prequels are definitely a must watch but he needs to at least be old enough to understand so think that'd be a teenager. It's one of those movies and series that even with the world being scary it matters to make people understand.

Told you, it's officially now illegal. Don't know how we'll officially make that happen to never happen again, but that's a technicality for later us. All the nieces and nephews went through that stage and can't pretend I refused to baby sit at that stage because I was not going to find them hanging off something and send me into a full panic. that's so real. never really realize how much you miss your own bed till you get back from a vacay. or just being away for a long time. hah, that's fair. my schedule has been so crazy for the past year, ever since i came out the villa really. the grind don't stop but sometimes i have to remind myself to breathe. yeah! i'm an actual homeowner now! in houston, whenever i'm not all over the place for work or trips or anything else, that's home. ooh you got a new place too? love that. i know that's right, single ladies!

Is there anything about becoming a mum that you feel genuinely changed in you? Not necessarily in the obvious ways, but something about how you see the world, yourself, or even the things you care about. I always find it interesting hearing people talk about that, because everyone says parenthood changes you, but it seems like the changes are rarely the ones they expected beforehand. anything that genuinely changed in me? hitting me with the hard questions, aren't you? i think my level of self awareness basically went through the roof. i feel like i'm more aware of everything going on around me, i think more about things before i do them? not sure if that is the most profound thing to say, but it's the first thing that came to mind.

it does and you absolutely have to take advantage when those moments come. especially when you are dealing with a toddler. oh! good! i mean, you're welcome! i like knowing that no one else has said that before, but it is very true.

Do you? Was going to ask if it was because I'm having a lot of projects that were going to be successful - which also would like, but that makes sense. You have a kid and those are practically writes of passage to watch. Maybe wait a little bit longer to show him Bridge to Terabithia, lots of trauma around that one. Plus Zathura is practically a classic at this point. Hopefully it'll be a movie people look back and watch to watch in the future even if it's Five Nights. The Hunger Games movies though, those are a classic must watch someday for just society purposes.

i'm going to probably break your heart a little, but i don't always keep up with things lately? i'm blaming motherhood and being busy. they basically are! i figured i'll wait till he's over the age of five, before we watch the bridge of terabithia. zathura is a classic and i plan on reading him the book. i bet that it will be one, even five nights. the hunger games? it's been so long since i've watched those, but might be time for a rewatch. they are such amazing stories and hit a little too close to what's going on lately.
