I'm 100% sure this has been done, but I really like the style of Wolfwalkers and I'm a sucker for the concept so here ya go, Wolfwalker Varian!

Got the boy!!! Man, the inside of the bag is coated with cinnamon dust! I really love the different ingredients this has, it's got great visual interest.

Also in the spirit of science! I did an experiment! Gunpowder tea is a green tea that needs to be brewed at 175, and the black teas for the chocolate and cinnamon need to be at 212.

The one on the left: 3 minutes at 212 degrees F ended up being super chocolatey with a taste of cinnamon at the end.

The one on the right: 3 minutes at 175 degrees F had a lot more cinnamon and pepper flavor.

Conclusion: wonderful tea, fabulous art, and a fantastic person made this possible!

But omfg this is so cool! I'm glad you did tea science with it and enjoyed the results! I'd love to try and put together blends for other character too, Adagio is incredibly fun to use and make things with, definitely recommend if you're a tea alchemist hehe!

Varian’s COMIN’ FOR YOUR CROWN FREDERIC.

I can’t believe I forgot to post this? I LOVE IT. It’s an au plotted out by myself and @muse-42 in which Varian is a Cambion who’s true form gets revealed via alchemy oopsies breaking the magic his mother put on him to hide him, the story is A LOT more complicated than that, but that’s the spark notes.

He’s a prickly pointy lad with evil demon tendencies who probably wants to eat Frederic…Definitely wants to eat Frederic.

He clothes too small for he gat dang he.

I feel like I should mention I specifically drew this after a discussion on cambion!Varian plotting to murder Frederic. It is one of the most awful things I’ve drawn and I love it.

this AU also involves Hiccup (yes, from HTTYD) being an ancient red dragon in disguise who winds up befriending Varian after Varian runs away from home, they have shenanigans together it’s cool. but anyway that’s aside from the point
