Anyone find it funny that in almost 20 seasons of Ninjago, there's never been anything even resembling a body swap episode?
Like, the traditional way body swaps are handled is that the setup is usually 2 or more characters don't see eye to eye (and maybe love is the reason whyyy for the first time ev-)body swap happens those 2 or more characters spend time in the other's shoes and reconcile like "wow, you have it rough" "so do you" *hugs*
It feels like a season 2 episode ngl so it'd most likely be with the core 4 but I'm doing this for all the older ninja (let's add Wu into the mix too)
So follow along, children!
Usually body swap episodes swap the voices too to make it easier for the audience to remember who's who. And with Ninjago being a kid's show, especially in the early seasons, they'd 100% do that. The evil doppelgangers episode had the evil doppelgangers looking paler than the og core 4 with red eyes too, of course they'd swap voices in a body swap episode!
Current seasons, debatable! It would be cool if there was a situation where they swapped but kept the voices. The Ninjago voice cast is super talented, it'd be cool to see them doing different impressions of each other's characters for an episode or two (insert mention of JoJo Part 5)
We haven't gotten one yet but there's still a chance!
Now if you'll excuse me, I'm gonna go cry in the corner about the western season again... I know ninjago is infamous for cannibalising other themes (I miss lego hidden side it was sick af...). BUT LEGO COWBOYS HASN'T BEEN RELEVANT AS A WHOLE SINCE THE LONE RANGER LINE IN 2013 AND THEIR ORIGINAL COWBOYS THEME SINCE 2002 I THINK THIS COULD'VE BEEN AN EXCEPTION!!!!
