ivan would be all sly saying "however you want me" thinking DAMN that was smooth

but then till would shake his head and stand his ground. "no, dummy. im asking what you want."

and then ivan's sweating profusely. the cogs in his brain turn like a whole factory as he starts thinking of what's the right answer here. "if i say i want to bottom he won't like it because he'll have to focus on ME and he'll deff go soft.. but if i say i can top he'll be thinking im selfish for making him go through that.. so i should bottom.. but what if—"

till did not expect the 5-minute silence so he's just.. BABE? ARE YOU STILL WITH ME??? and no ivan's already imagining a reality till's off to buy milk while he's left alone with 5 kids plus another one in the way bc he said the wrong answer

alpha till who knows omega ivan likes to steal his stuff, whether it be for his nest or with the intent of wearing it, so everytime ivan comes over, he purposely leaves shirts he thoroughly scented and some cute stuff he only bought for ivan (but couldn't find the courage to give it to him) all over his bed so it'll be easier for him to steal ivan is always smug about being discreet and till always pretends to be angry over his missing clothes.

canon is what happens in the text. e.g. merlin tries to poison morgana

a headcanon is a fact that you have personally made up as an elaboration of canon. it is your invention. e.g. i think morgana and gwen had a teenage lesbian situationship before the events of canon. or, i think modern morgana would love evanesence.

an interpretation is how one reads the existing text. it is not an invented fact nor is it a headcanon, it is a reading. e.g. i think merlin tries to poison morgana out of misplaced self-hatred. or, i think that one line was delivered with suppressed malice and shows a nuanced relationship.

fanon is the general fandom’s accepted headcanons and interpretations that elaborate or recontextualize canon. e.g. merlin is a badass waif and morgana is a bitch.

these are all different words with different meanings.

been obsessed with @hallucivan 's rebel!ivan au so here's some doodles of it cuz it's been plaguing my brain

close ups+ slight rambling:

it was love at first sight when i saw this concept, it's more that me being a sucker for angst. it just seems like such an accurate take on their characters and i rarely see rebel!ivan content that is more than just copium (no hate to those who need/produce fluff or more light hearted content)

it'd be so OOC for ivantill to just. communicate if they ever found each other again.

i think vivinos mentioned that if till ever saw ivan again he'd approach him calmly and logically (or smn along the those lines). him assuming that iv is just a clone feels logical on till's part and ivan playing along (at least mostly) to spare till's feelings is pretty accurate to his character.

also ivan having a bunch of medical issues due to his injuries on r6 is very realistic. he got shot THREE times and fell very roughly on his head. plus him abusing pain meds to primarily keep his emotions in check is perfect

this setting opens so many doors to explore their dynamic without straying away from their canon counterparts. im so glad it's an ongoing work!!!
