I know I usually make promises and not push through with it but this is an exception

I'm going to leave the Tezuka fandom. It was fun while it lasted but I felt like I should keep distance from making content for this community. That being said, I will be active online but I just won't be posting on this blog anymore. It will remain for archival purposes.

Thank you everyone for the wonderful experiences I've had in this community and I'll see you on the flipside.

My awesomeballs Tezuka Star System headcanon is that Pinoko still has her telekenetic abilities but because she's no longer a tumor and can wander the outside world she doesn't use it as much as she did prior to that.

The 2025 Osamu Tezuka calendar is listed with it's cover art on the website for the Japanese company, Rakuten.

The cover art follows a snake theme with 2025 being the Year of the Snake in the Chinese zodiac.

This calendar is set to release on December 21, 2024.

Al-Jazeera stole a video from Moataz Abu Sakran, a video which he singlehandedly filmed and edited. They then incorrectly credited a different account, the owner of which is not even in north Gaza.

Moataz risked his life to get this footage, and shared it so that the world would see the damage inflicted on his home by the occupation. Al-Jazeera has way too many resources at their disposal to carelessly commit misattribution like this.

Moataz has started a fund to rebuild his house for himself and his wife and baby girl. The fund is linked here. Please share it and donate if you can.

I literally can't stop thinking about that panel where Ethanol and Rin have a conversation about what it must be like to be a kid since they never had a childhood That shit always makes me emo because these guys really were built to take on the responsibility of parenthood and never really gotten a chance to have fun. They're basically the robot equivalent of being an older sibling forced to mature for their younger siblings as they're the secondary parent It will always make me emo and I wish there was an adaptation that fleshes this aspect of them, man
