Hiro happily picked up Lucas and bearhugs the boy, pressing a warm kiss to his forehead. "Hey, buddy! Sorry to keep you waiting—I was just finishing up some work in the lab, but I've been looking forward to hanging out with you all day. How have you been?"
Hiro nodded as he watched the little girl made a circular motion. "Okay, so he's round. And what else? Oh! I have an idea." He places the girl on the ground, running over to his desk to grab a pen and paper. He sat down in front of the girl. "Okay. Describe what Mike Wazowski looks like."
Boo cocked her head to the slide when he went to his desk, but she quickly was able to understand. Luckily, drawing was something that she enjoyed. Sure, she'd have preferred crayons instead of a pen, but she'd try.
The girl plopped down and got to work drawing her version of Mike Wazowski. On the paper was basically a circle with legs (2 lines), arms (2 lines), little horns, and one eye. "Mike Wazowski!" She pointed proudly at her creation.
Hiro watched the little girl draw out the description of Mike Wazowski. When the little girl was done drawing him, he tilted his head. "So..uh, this must be Mike Wazowski, huh?" He chuckled.

- Wilbur's shoes from the original book (i thought they matched the shirt)
- Penny's belt is actually a collapsed version of her weapon from the Bolt Video Game: the handle bar! It's black here because the red clashed with the fit
- Hiro has a '6' on his shirt for the obvious reasons but i also gave him his pants from more concept art!
