12 days post partum and all I’m doing is concentrating on having a really good diet.. taking my capsules and shakes and having 3 really solid healthy meals.. yes I’m snacking, dark chocolate is a must for me at the moment.. also having dates and fruit.. 🍉🥑🍌 I haven’t done anything more than a Tesco shop or a short walk around the house with Talia-belle in the pram.. taking it super easy as haven’t quite healed down belooooooow. But everything else feels good to go! So looking forwards to exercising, will be going swimming towards the end of next week and going for longer walks. Really in no rush just super excited to get back to it and feel strong again! 💪🏻 don’t want to put too much pressure on myself as it’s not even been 2 weeks but it is nice to see the weight slowly coming off and the energy coming back!!! Cannot wait to get on my mountain bike and get on the trails!
