Workout... HAM
135 back squat - 50 reps
40 pullups
115 shoulder to overhead- 30 reps (did five of the suggested 135 but had to lower it)
85 front squat - 50 reps
40 pull ups
85 shoulder to overhead -30 reps
65 front squat - 50 reps (was supposed to be overhead, but 1st time trying and it was too hard to balance it)
40 pullups
65 shoulder to overhead-30 reps
..... DESTROYED ME. By the last 40 pullups i did 8 sets of 5. :(
Study: midterm tomorrow! Econ hw to do too! so busy! gonna start now! dont have time to talk much
Personal? just approached some people to interview for chilla vista! Super lax and what not. Also always try to love and dont get bitter!
