Update on Absence

Hey everyone, I'm still here! I'm just buried under mounds of assignments and finals stress, and I haven't had much free time to do anything, including splices. My last exam is tomorrow, and I'm going to start splicing again early next week. Requests are, as always, welcome and appreciated! It'd be cool to get a bunch and then be able to work on those for the next couple of weeks. 

I'm going to try to get splices on here pretty frequently. I don't want to set any sort of guidelines for myself and fall behind on them, like I've done before. So without being too specific, frequent updates and splices starting next week.

I FINALLY did this. And honestly, it came out much better than I would have expected it to be.

I'm just going to name it "Dear God", because that's the name that I saved it as on my laptop.

I'm sorry for the lack of posts lately, I'm still splicing everybody! I'm working on one of my requests, and I'm also still trying to finish the set of starters I made and make a grass type. These past two weeks have been pretty tough class-wise, but I finally have a little gap between assignments and exams. So that means I'll have a good batch of splices soon!

I like your splices ("janguine" is my fav) but do you think there's any way you can zoom them out? The pixelated versions don't look as nice and reveal the splice more.

Thank you, Jaguine was pretty much a "what would it look like if I spliced together as many cat pokemon as I could?" idea. 

And yes, I could definitely zoom them out. I never really thought about it that way, but now that I actually compared the zoomed and unzoomed splices, I can see the difference. 

I'm gonna do something different with the splice I'm about to post, hopefully I get some more helpful feedback like this in the future. Thank you!

I only got around to making one starter for that splicing contest. Classes are getting rough, so I haven't had much free time at all. I really liked my finished fire starter though. No name or any specifics about it yet, I'll think of them later.

Also, I made myself a watermark! Thinking of adding words to it, but for now it looks good.
