but you could cosplay him in his lab outfit also, canonically he wore that much more than his HEV suit.

I knoww but like, the HEV suit is so awesome, however most of my cosplays are improvised and just altering stuff, rather than actually making things, so it would be really difficult and near impossible

Gordon Freeman - a character I would love to cosplay more than anything, but sadly have a severe lack of skill when it comes to actually making things, especially a complex HEV suit like that.
