Things You Need To Know:
Hi! I'm Hannah, a writer and disability advocate from Sydney, Australia. I'm so glad you're here. It's wonderful to see you. Everyone is welcome on this blog except: racists/homophobes/transphobes/misogynists/ableists/xenophobes/bigots. Hate will not be tolerated. This is a safe space. My inbox is always open. I’m currently writing a book - it’s a memoir/personal essay collection about what it’s like to grow up disabled, what that does to your identity and what it’s like to navigate a world not built for a body like yours. But it’s also about pop culture and coming of age in a world that feels pretty upside down.
If you want to find me in other places on the internet, please come hang out on Instagram, Twitter or check out my website
I also do really important work as the Editor-In-Chief of a global publication platform called Missing Perspectives which aims to address the marginalisation of any and all who identify as women/girls across the world. We are always accepting submissions and we pay our writers!
I'm also the person behind a globally recognised campaign asking Disney to create a Disabled Disney Princess. You can sign the petition here
