Still here, still making progress towards losing weight, however slow.
Given everything that’s been happening, I’m proud of myself for that much.
I developed real feelings for someone I met online a year ago, someone I’d arranged to meet in September. I asked if - after we met, if everything went okay - would we take the next step and make our relationship official. He said he wasn’t in the right place for a serious relationship - he wasn’t ready, hadn’t felt like the past year had been anything real and that he was worried he’d not like me when we met
My self esteem has been battered. Honestly, I’ve not had much of an appetite, which is probably why I’ve lost weight even without putting in much effort lately
I’m trying to focus on me, and achieving what I want to achieve for me, but I feel sad and lonely right now, even though we’re still “friends”

Still here, still trying -- had a bit of a setback, I won’t make excuses, but I’m redoubling my efforts this week. One good thing out of the last couple of weeks is that I’ve been doing so much more walking; I’ve been walking to the cinema (80 mins all in) most days, getting me out of the house and stopping me from reverting to bad habits (binge-eating, napping when I’ve got home from work)
I’ll do a proper weigh-in on Saturday so I can get a better idea of where I am, since I’m pretty sure my weight has fluctuated because of more exercise and it being almost that time of the month ✌

It’s okay not to have a set goal. It’s okay to not have it all figured out. You’re not worth any less, and you’re not any less brilliant for not knowing what you want to study, or even what you want to do tomorrow. You’ll achieve just as much as the ones who’ve known their future career path for their entire lives. You’re allowed to just enjoy life and see where it takes you, making the most of it.
