Tears in the dark

Rain on a winters night In silence they flow. From eyes to cheek And down to the ground they pour. My winter breeze to a summers love. Tears like songs Each flows with a note A sacred psalm Sung by a bleeding heart Each to its beat With you in every verse. Am hurt. I cry for a love lost to the past Hoping to find it in present tears The song written on my heart "Forever yours" But these tears are mine Not ours Not yours Mine. It's hard to love Easier to break. A leap from love Miles deep in the pain. Tears like ocean Deep and blue If these walls could talk They'd speak freely of a caged heart Tears like flames Igniting the spark.

Back In Time (Open Wounds)

I shouldn't be here Am not supposed to be Why am I here? Am I supposed to be? The fire ignites again The past is the present Memories become memory  A love forged in illusions, A flawed perfection Haunts a perfect day, Rain on a beautiful summers day. But Am okay, hurting but okay I am breathing, not living but alive. Time passes Wounds heal but the scars remain. Love is a memory  the pain is all that lives on, The feeling reincarnating. All the poems i wrote Begin to rewrite on the wall The rain begins to pour I feel  a drill Drilling my soul The seal is broken Again.

Your lips They don’t taste the same  Its like-the more I tasted  The less you  indulging they became. The first time was the best  the second, then the third After that our attraction begun to fade. So what happened? to us? to the thrill, the chase to that "ahhh yes" feel?

Because Now  My bottles stand empty My arms wide open

My hearts falling and still bleeding. After all these pulls, The stress remains love fades Darkness grows and Pain blooms.

See Our love is but a routine now Something to do when nothing else can be done but I understand Only and I Can save Me. We were poetry Best left unsaid.

I stare at your eyes every night Afraid but at peace. A world full of light Once again, returns to the dark But please  Not tonight. Lets dance on this stage of dreams As we kiss the checks of sleep Infatuated by how we see things, Dark and beautiful But lets not rest in peace

Even though hearts flirt with life From sunrise to sunset It is to you we shut our eyes When the night is at peak and cold Only you keep us warm beneath the dirt. Death I stare at your eyes every night At peace but afraid Light dissapears Our love blooms the dark But please, Not tonight Life is not yours to love Light is not yours to give But peace is yours to give But NOT tonight.
