Alright, because a lot of you have been asking here’s my schedule/diet that I follow. And yes you’ll feel like you’re eating a ton but that’s the point, to trick yourself. 7:30 Green tea and low fat yogurt (100 cal) 8:30 First class of the day 10:00 2nd meal - A handful of almonds (75 cal) 10:30 Gym, focused on cardio 11:30 3rd meal - A low sodium tuna sandwich on wheat bread (200 cal) 12:00 Homework 1:00 2nd class of the day 2:30 Go home for the day 3:00 4th meal - an apple (50 cal) 4:30 Work 7:00 Lunch break, 5th meal - A few celery stalks (50 cal) 10:00 Off work 10:30 6th meal - A banana and a glass of milk (200 cal) 11:00 Bed time And 4 16oz water bottles throughout the day! I used to tell people I did 500 calories but I’m so calcium deficient that I had to add milk which bumps me up to around 600. Oh and this is just for weekdays, on the weekends I work 10-6:30 so I basically just eat around breaks. And if I break my diet I just skip a meal the next day but if I break it BAD as in like 900+ calories I either fast the next day or workout for an hour and a half instead.
