My random thought of the day:
Multi-universes/ parallel timelines aren’t stacked, they are more like atoms. Tiny atoms that would look like dots if we could see them. Dots that either line up, to look like a line, if we zoomed out to see it(line theory) or perhaps like a huge cloud of dust(chaos/turbulence theory).
Just my random opinion lol
#foreshadowing
Lolol they are too cute 😂
this actually is rewiring my brain as we speak
Just a hunch here, gop. But I think being 14 and married to a gross older man or dying in a mining accident is a bigger threat to a child than hearing about trans people.
Children. Too young to know that they're trans. Too young to know that they're asexual. Too young to hear that gay people exists. Too young to listen to drag performers read books to them.
Not to young to be exploited in an 8 to 5 40 hour work week. Not to young to pay income taxes. Not too young to sign their life away to a job they hate. Not too young to be verbally abused by their employer. Not too young to risk their life in a dangerous job. Not to young to permanently harm their body by sitting at the computer 8 hours a day. (Which has permanent health affects)

European Employers "Work 40 hrs a week"
European workers "Then we don't want to work."
European employers "Fine. 30 hrs."
American Employers. "Work 40 hrs a week"
American Workers "Then we don't want to work"
American Employers "Then your children will have to work"

I ship them soooo hard. I know she’s nervous to love because she doesn’t know if he’s into her but omg..this romance is so nice, slow-paced and cathartic…ugh I love it

“Look, I know you all want me to talk about pie charts or cake graphs, but that’s not the entire story. What you don’t see is how I make sure that forgetful students get supplies. Or how I help students with broke parents get uniforms that fit so they don’t get roasted all day. Or how I have barrels of lotion stashed all around the school so these kids don’t start a commotion with their crusty ankles. My unique approach betters the school."
My favorite thing about Abbott is we see how each character honestly and truly loves the kids. I love how Ava may appear nonchalant but ANYTIME she’s interacting with the kids she lights up and addressing them as an individual. To her, they’re not just students, they’re her peers.

Truth is, feeling alone never goes away..even when you’re with family
This man took so much longer to crack than I would have what a PROFESSIONAL
Plotting, scheming, etc.
Mauna Loa is erupting, but it’s effects and it’s destruction go beyond the lava that will flow.
This eruption and lack of real response or aid by the federal US government marks another notch in the ignorance and dismissal of my people and our constant struggles.
They will do what they always do.
They will watch.
They will continue to “closely” monitor the situation as the lava disrupts the island and they will say the damage is unavoidable, while they sit far away and stall instead of sending real aid.
Mauna Loa makes up over half of Hawai‘i Island. There have been warning signs for months, with multiple earthquakes alerting us to her imminent threat.
And now the eruption is upon us.
Mauna Loa is famously unpredictable in her lava flow, and the future is uncertain for many residents who cannot afford to leave on their own. Without formal help and evacuation, many will have no choice but to stay where they are.
Still, as of Nov 28th, 2022, there is no official evacuation or formal aid by the federal government.
For years, America has claimed that we need them. For protection. For trade. For our economy. For tourism.
They have not protected us.
Right below our feet, our islands were stolen in an illegal overthrow of our sovereign Kingdom. This had lead to mass cultural displacement and loss of identity.
Right below our feet, our ʻāina has been commercialized to death and our culture has been turned into a walking attraction.
This is not protection.
True protection means community. True protection means Hawai‘i for Hawaiians.
America does not protect my people.
My people must protect ourselves.
Restore Hawai‘i to Hawaiians. End the American occupation.
"ooooh nooooo but a rail strike around the holidays could cripple the economy" damn sounds like their labor is really really important and you should give them what they fucking want
