Deviled Eggs
- 6 eggs hard boiled for 10 minutes
- put in ice water bath
- shell eggs and cut in half
- scoop out yolk
- mix with yolk, 3tbsp mayonnaise, 1tsp mustard
- scoop yolk mixture back into empty egg halves
- season with paprika, cayenne, or parsley

Goals for this week:
- Spend a little time cleaning every day
- Keep your home space comfortable and organized
- Get to sleep earlier and wake up later
- Do only what is required of you at work. Anything extra is a bonus
- Work fewer hours
- Be okay with losing some money from work and budget well to adjust
- No frivolous spending
- Use better outlets for calm
- Slowly quit your bad habits and over-accomplish on your goals to do so
- Be kinder
- Say thank you and appreciate others
- Eat from home all week and work on losing 5lbs
- Carbs in moderation and minimal servings sizes
- Fast longer if you can
- Take your meds as you need them and be realistic about when you need them
- Track how you are feeling daily
- Kick ass
- Evenings are for relaxing, so fucking do it
- Enjoy all the universe has to offer!!!
I will quit my bad habits this week!
New week. New goal.
I need to be getting better sleep. So, I’ve changed my work hours to later in the morning. I will work less overtime to get off earlier. I will take my evenings to relax. And try to get in bed by 11pm - 12am every week night this week. Who is with me?
