What type of art are you creating? You should post some of your drawings on your blog!

So I'm mostly doing digital stuff at the moment so that's like artwork for my band including Tshirt designs and artwork for our new single, and also just abstract art. I did paint cats and dogs still... Sometimes, but I think rather than getting commissioned for those and getting paid, I honestly like the idea better of just randomly painting a friend or family members pet and surprising them. I wish I could do that more often but I hardly have the time anymore 😅 and then there's the art I make for my job, which again is mostly digital, so I create UI, backgrounds, leaflets etc. My life is still very much revolving around art, in fact moreso than ever, just not drawing as much :)

Hey! Silly of me to reply 3 days late so I'm sorry 😂 life is... Turbulent. I'm in a band which is going super well, I'm living in Aintree currently with my boyfriend n couple of my friends, working from home as a content creator which is... Ok, the past weekend has been horrible as there's just been some proper drama which I've been sucked into now so that's stressful, and we've not had water the past 2 days as a mains pipe burst near us which was fun to deal with.. With a stomach bug. I've got a convention coming up in Manchester in 2 weeks: GScon which should be awesome, got my bday in 3 weeks... I think that's about it really. Yeah I don't post much these days, not on here anyway 😂 I channel more of my social energy into creating posts for the band. We've got our new single coming out 5th August, we've got gigs in Derby, Birmingham, Liverpool etc lined up for the rest of the year and we're playing a festival next year too. Came into this year expecting absolutely none of this but honestly it's wild, 2022 has actually been so good for me so far ❤️ thanks for asking!! Hope you're well as well?? X
