W’Kabi betrayed T’Challa and turned his back on what was best for Wakanda because of a personal vendetta. So Okoye, being loyal to her country, said she wouldn’t hesitate to kill him if he didn’t back down.

Vision isn’t just a robot. He has a personality and a life thanks to the soul stone and he is a hero. He did nothing wrong. Thus, of course not only Wanda, but also Steve, Natasha and most of the Avengers didn’t want to kill him unless there was absolutely no choice — and Wanda does kill him when there’s no other option left.

So both Wanda and Okoye are great characters with strong morals defending what they believe. Let us quit pinning women against each other, even fictional ones. We’re allowed to have more than one strong female character.
