For the spectacular presentation of its top products, electronics giant SAMSUNG makes use of a pop-up concept: distinct glass pavilions transporting brand message and product experience of SAMSUNG, that can be installed at practically any place on the planet. The latest point of deployment is the plaza in front of Singapore’s Takashimaya Shopping Centre. The PIN family – several outdoor versions and an indoor version of various sizes, are at hand and have been developed in cooperation with Cheil Worldwide. hartmannvonsiebenthal berlin contributed its competencies in concept development, design, planning, implementation, roll-out and overall project management.

Lola&Grace
International, urban, fresh – this is how the profile of Swarovski’s sub-brand Lola&Grace presents itself. For the first steps of the new brand, hartmannvonsiebenthal provided support and took on planning, rollout management, execution and building supervision for the boutiques. We provide further support for the process management and expansion. Our process control software SPACE is used both in the implementation of the rollout and for the optimization of operations.

Since 2009, we have supported the internationally active crystal jewelry manufacturer, Swarovski, throughout Europe in the openings and refittings of branch stores. In this, our responsibility is overall project management as well as project organization and services, plus object planning, realization and cost controlling. From July to September 2012 the Olympic spirit spreads from London around the world – for official partner SAMSUNG Electronics a one of a kind opportunity to transport its brand values together with the world’s largest sporting event. Amongst other visitors to the Olympic park were invited to learn about SAMSUNG’s innovative mobile portfolio in and around the PIN, on a 400m² area.

dm is one of the leading drugstore chains of Europe. For this customer we took on the entire object planning and project management for the expansion of the branch network in Northern Germany as a general planner. In the collaboration with Germany’s most profitable drugstore over several years, we provide project-spanning consultation, especially in the area of retail management.
Marketplace
O2
The Marketplace concept heralds the next generation of O2 shops and transforms them into modern markets. Here, approaching the customer emotionally through customer experiences stands in the foreground. The objective is a special sustainable shopping experience, implemented in central branch stores throughout Germany including the flagship store in Munich. Proximity to the customer and straightforward support. For this, we designed a spacious, welcoming spatial concept, arranged along the offerings for home use and on the go. Individually designed areas and surfaces in the branch stores set the scene while incorporating the respective region in a mixture of Tape Art and environment. Entertainment and interaction, where they assist service and information. An overarching media concept synchronizes entertainment formats, independent perusal of product information and edited Pushed News.
Beetle & up! Ibiza
VOLKSWAGEN
Small cars, grand entrance. We put an impressive machinery in motion at the congress in Ibiza for the dealer presentation of the latest VW models New Beetle and up!: A three-week event for 12,000 international reporters and car dealers, with 300 test vehicles in use, and with 21.600m² of event and show space in play. We saw to it that the logistics ran as smoothly as the assembly lines in Wolfsburg.

The attractive TV, online, and phone services of Kabel Deutschland are hard to miss. In order to achieve the same with Kabel Deutschland’s shops, design and fitting concept have been revised completely. What strikes the eye is the reduced approach: strict confinement to the primary CI-colors yellow and white, product-centered zoning, functional furniture layout. The result: welcoming Kabel Deutschland shops that are recognized at first sight.

Premium Brand Store, Moscow
Boomtown: The world’s first SAMSUNG flagship store presents high-end technology at a prime downtown location.
Korea meets Russia meets Germany… the global player SAMSUNG acts internationally – in every regard. In communicating across cultures and time zones, and concerning the guarantee of process and work quality, we were in demand beyond draft work, design and planning in our role as project manager: execution planning that have to comply with various international standards, handling of all legal issues concerning planning and approval processes, management of various international production sites including supervision.
The conceptual challenge: Making the spirit of innovation, which ultimately finds its expression in the presented products, visible in idea and execution.
Architectural design and planning take every aspect of use into account in more than 800m² with consistently high quality. An integrative media platform connects all environments for large-scale pushed information and presentation formats with interactively provided product information.
