Man, the Death of Superman is suddenly a much more interesting concept and story when the central antagonist is an actual character with personality and themes instead of a dumbass, garbage space monster. Also, can't believe has me actually liking Cyborg Superman as a villain, that is still the most remarkable thing it did!

So judging by the way Jon avoids Kara and is so nervous around her, she definitely lived up to her Android 18 design reference and probably put he and the future world thru HELL in his timeline. I do hope we see him eventually develop a bond with her

So this was cool and all, but I don’t really like how it basically confirms the future is set in stone since Jon was the one to make peace with the Subterranosauri. Contradicts his comment about creating your own fate. Also creates a time paradox

Evil Superman trope has been done ad nauseam, but I do love a good time travel arc, especially when it’s a direct reference to the Android Saga, my fave DBZ arc lol. So no wonder Jon was so excited to meet his parents, he didn’t get to grow up with them!

He sounded kind of awkward calling her his aunt (while sounding completely natural calling Jimmy his uncle). Then proceeded to kinda squirm away from every subsequent interaction or offer of interaction with her.
