phil finally sat down after having a mini heart attack and sighed “well it’s nice to know that she’s late” I smile and put my hand on his and gave it a reassuring squeeze “she will love you I promis,dear...“ he looks up from underneath his bucket hat and smiled ”thanks for the reassurance doll..”

”speaking of the devil“ I say getting up and dusting my shirt off walking to the door opening it to reveal my mom

“sweetie! Oh hunny your so grown now!” She yelled giving me a bear hug “hi to you to mom” I said sarcastically with a smile “now where’s my soon to be son-in-law“ she said in a serious voice looking around

but of course Phil being the shy man he is he stayed in the kitchen cooking like his life depends on it.

”follow me mom!” I said guiding her to the kitchen.

mom smile fades as Phil comes into view

His wings were puffed out with fear and stress as gold chains riddled his body and wings

over the hours phil put dinner on the table and started to open up a little more and started to talk.

by the time it hit 11:00 it was time for mom to leave

mom packed her stuff said her goodbyes and dragged me out of the house and spoke to me

“hunny I love you, and I know I have to go but I’m telling you now he’s a keeper,don’t do any to lose him because he’s the only man that you have dated that I have liked. So don’t lose him”

I smile “of course mom,be safe!” I say as she walks off into the woods her cloak disappearing in The distance.

I come back inside to a rather happy crow man

”hi hun“ he says picking up the dishes and putting them in the sink smiling.

I jolt up in fear and spun around with my blade in hand

I whispered harshly to the white haired man standing in front of me.

I sighed,is such a rom goof sometimes with his nicknames for me, once I relaxed i Hugged him back.

i grinned as I playfully punch him in the gut, I may be a foot shorter then him but I can still punch him atleast.
