Rey, Finn, Poe, and BB8 are all such neat characters who had so much potential and it sucks so bad that their story is such a goddamn waste and a mess.

“I never wanted you dead. I wanted you here.” This is even beyond Voldemort in Goblet of Fire level of very silly overly complicated planning. Except Goblet of Fire was at least FUN.
Right of course Kyle Ron gets the cool final fight scene because obviously the real point of the trilogy was how cool and misunderstood he was.

So all that stuff about questioning the order and the Jedi and the old system of “dark v light” in the last movie is just out the window? “I am all the Sith” / “I am all the Jedi” god I thought we’d moved past that
