This motel (known in some circles simply as “the dump”) is famous for its affordable room rates. However, there is one problem: the room on the third floor is haunted by such terrible rumors that no one wants to rent it. On the other hand, there is a grocery store and a small café within walking distance of the hotel (and around the corner, you can have your fortune told for a nominal fee!). In short, just come on over.
Location: Evergreen Harbor, Pigulock Manor, 30x20, NO CC lot with no-cc-paintings. Lot type: Residental Rental. Six rooms, four of which have access to a small balcony.

Note: This lot may be a little heavy for some laptops due to the decor (especially those damn grocery stores that kill my buildings every time), but this build has been tested by other people and everything should be fine. Still, I recommend changing the lot type to Generic for the safety of your save file if you're not plan to use rental housing.

Hi! These sims extracted by @ivy-sims 8 years ago caught my attention quite a while ago already and I recently remembered about their existence, so I decided to start turning them into face templates! Both of the templates also have an infant life stage thanks to @meowingcookie's file for non-default babyfied faces

For now I've only done templates based off faces of these 2 teens, because I like their faces the most, but I'm planning to do the rest as well
If you download the extracted sims themselves I heavily recommend changing their faces selecting for them one of these templates, because originally many of these extracted sims look REALLY wonky in other life stages, so creating these face templates genuinely had to be done
unhidden maxis objects with modified objects.package
for a while i've been using objects.package modified by me to unhide most objects that sims use during interactions and it's now a MUST HAVE for me when it comes to no cc decorating!
they're all in the decorative -> all category and cost 0$ except for sellable objects like those from flower station, sewing machine, etc (yes, i unlocked these as well!), those have their original price so they won't be at the beginning of the catalogue
objects don't disappear if you share a lot with someone, so it's really cool for custom neighborhoods and lots

Program Files (x86)\EA GAMES\The Sims 2 Mansion and Garden Stuff\TSData\Res\Objects (if you have Ultimate Collection or Legacy Collection the Mansion and Garden folder is called SP9)
i dunno if there's any potential consequences, but i recommend having a backup of the original objects.package file in case something goes south, personally my game is fine though and it's been like a year since i've modified the file
