Does anyone else really struggle with pre and post run nutrition? I always find it hard to eat after a run even through I know I have to. I also suck at eating before runs. Basically the only time I'm any good at eating is on days where I'm not running and so I generally try to take advantage of that by eating as much as possible.
Anyway, here is this morning's run and the post run breakfast/snack I had when I got back.
