Heres to a new beginning.

I finally got my ass up at 5:30 in the morning and ran. I’ve missed being active and well balanced. Life literally is a bitch.

Anyways… the goal is to just be active and do more everyday to eventually being a runner. Then imma throw weightlifting into the mix (journey OTW) . Heres a healthy breakfast and my fav side and me trynna be aesthetically pleasing .
