Plot: Y/n never knew her true parentage, so on the day her magic finally manifests itself after years of surpression several things happends all at once; She is put on trial by the Wizengamot for endangering the Wizarding World, she is shipped off to Hogwarts in the middle of the school year after Dumbledore saves her, and her Veela nature only get's her into trouble, especially with boys. Now it's almost been a year since I began writing my first Harry Potter fanfic, Rhapsody of a Veela, which turned out to be almost 300 pages long. Since then I've gotten so much support and I just wanted to express my gratitude for the continuity of this and for the community, even when I have not been active or written anything for a good while.

It's strange, but sometimes life imitates fiction. On my finger I now have a year later, just as Y/n, a silver ring with a black obsidian like stone, given to me by the love of my life. And just as Y/N I too; am facing the horrific reality of loosing them to the cruel reality of life and death.

Cherish everyone you love each and every day, even if you're young like me it does not mean we are immortal. Our bodies can be frail and sick even if we don't know it, and sometimes a coincidence can lead to uncover grim reminders of our own mortality.

And maybe you don't need to add this but in future Harry could have a child who is James' twin who is an exact replica of His great grand aunt/uncle so when accidentally reader touches their fathers time Turner she goes back in time and meets voldemort who when sees her is in shock as Tom had accidentally killed the reader when he getting horcruxes as reader had tried to stop (they both were together at the time) but then he finds out it was actually his lovers great grand Niece/Nephew and also reader the second is the lover of Mattheo Riddle

The pureblood princess bore no name of significance, she was nobody but a bastard not worthy of her sacred bloodline. Forgotten and abused she was simply known as Y/n Lisathium, despite her connection with the Rosiers and the noble house of Black. Among her peers she had never stood out as anything special, but truth to be told the secret she bore would somehow in the end cause her to be of far greater significance than anyone could have ever anticipated. No prophecy, no stars in alignment could ever have foreseen how a single blood curse would take such a devastating toll on the history of wizardkind.

For she was a maledictus, and so was the cause of all her misfortunes. Passed on from mother to daughter, her fate had been sealed the moment she was born and the first cries could be heard in the night. The Maledictus were rare as reproduction was frowned upon but in the end blood was far more important, just as the promise of a son and a heir. All the greater wizard families knew that the purebloods were a dying breed, so it was the duty of any respectable family to continue their noble lines and servitude to the wizarding world no matter the cost. But the second it was clear that a daughter had been born, that the curse had passed on – all was lost.
