I think a lot about how A League of Their Own is a story about love.

Romantic and familial love represented as deep and complicated and unwavering and hard and beautiful

Platonic love between people who have seen the best and worst of each other

People coming together because they love something and would give up everything and everyone to do it

ALOTO is a love story about people learning to love themselves and each other in a world that does not love them back

And I think that’s fuckin’ NEAT.
