Either way he wanted her and this was bad. He wanted to do things to her it was making him crazy. Now a little crush turned into a like. And now he wants to grab her by the hair and tell her. I want to hold you close. Skin pressed against me tight. Lie still, close your eyes girl. So lovely, it feels so right. I want to hold you close Soft breasts, beating heart. As I whisper in your ear. I want to fucking tear you apart.
an arm wraps around her friends waist as she guides her through some of the crowded back alleys of the area , trying to keep the other from getting distracted by a handful of less than reputable vendors and storefronts as they attempted to make their way towards their destination . the other girl had a habit of getting herself in trouble ( not that it wasn’t hanui’s fault for directing her towards something to begin with ) and she was just trying to make sure they got to where they wanted to go with as little drama as possible .
with that said , she manages to steer yunhee onto the correct street before releasing her hold , free to now walk alongside her instead . heels clicked through the less busy street as she stared down at her phone , the gps directions being less than helpful at the moment .
❛ do you remember what the name of the place
was that we were going ? we might need to ask
for better directions . ❜
leaning against the counter , hanui found herself staring in to the distance with eyes out of focus ; sight not registering as she lost herself in her own thoughts . running on little to no sleep the past few weeks between work and her ride along shifts , the woman had barely had time to do much in ways of resting . which is exactly why she was looking forward to this shift ending and her days off kicking in . the various toys , magazines and accessories around her also kept reminding her of how she hadn’t been laid in a while , but that was another issue all together .
the sound of the front door bell gave her reason to lift heavily lined eyes back into reality , gaze swinging over in the direction of where a customer would be walking in . out of habit , a smile that one might describe as coy slipped onto her lips , words soon following in greeting .
❛ welcome to temptations . how may i
help you find your pleasure ? ❜
h e l l o t h e r e ! i’m silver and i’m super excited to see this place open. i’ve got such intense muse that i even started out with two muses. below the cut is pretty much an entire background for hanui ( 21, emt student, & cashier at temptations ) and my about page has information and plots! feel free to hit me up if you want to write something or create a connection.
tw for background: mentions of physical and sexual abuse & guns / near death.
hanui was born into a very poor family. neither parents finished college and they both seemed to have on again, off again drug problems. her father never wanted her, so when she was born, he pretty much disappeared from her life.
growing up, hanui did her best to be one of those seen but not heard children. she knew it was better for her if she just did as she was told and stayed out of the way. her mother would often punish her by locking her out of the house, even at night.
her grandmother was the one person who actually took care of her. but she lived a few towns over and wasn’t able to take care of her full time. looking back, she likes to think it was her grandmother that really made her who she was.
around the time she was twelve, her mother got back together with her father and he started living with them. at this point, they were both frequently using heroin and could barely hold onto jobs. it was a miracle they ever had enough money to pay the rent in their very small and worn down apartment.
while her mother would often only yell at her, her father found that he liked to use his fists instead. she often sported large bruises on her arms and legs, but always in just the right places that her threadbare school uniform covered.
she didn’t have very many friends while growing up, but she did well enough in school and always made up excuses the few times teachers would ask about a bruise or cut. while there were times that teachers almost called the authorities over how hanui looked, they never did.
as she got older, her father’s attentions turned slightly and his abuse became less violent and more disturbing. he began putting his hands in places he shouldn’t, though never went further than that, mostly because she would always put up a fight and since he was usually drugged up when he did this, he didn’t often put much further effort into it.
just after she turned seventeen, her grandmother died. it was at that moment that she made the decision to run away.
she had saved up enough random change to buy a bus ticket to seoul. so one night, she snuck out with a large backpack filled with almost everything she owned and left. she never came back
she spent a lot of time homeless. her youth was the only thing that kept her able to get odd jobs every now and again since she always did her best to look clean and well presented, despite her circumstances.
she lived that way for almost three years, finally saving up enough money to buy her own small apartment. it wasn’t in a good neighborhood. in fact, it mirrored a lot of the place she’d grown up in. but it was her own place and it was a step up from the streets.
a steady job soon at temptations followed and she started saving in order to go back to school and get a real education
one day when she was coming home from a late night shift, she was taking her usual shortcut through an ally behind the apartment building she lived in. she didn’t think twice when she heard the sound of arguing since that was normal around here.
before she knew what hit her, she was on the ground. a sound ringing in her ears and a cold, numbness moving through her body. hearing cursing and footsteps running the opposite direction, she just lay there, unable to move.
it took her a few moments before she realized what had happened. that she’d been shot and the arguing she had been hearing had stopped, the sound of footsteps running away in its place. by the time she thought to call out, she’d lost too much blood and too much energy.
she slipped out of consciousness; convinced that she was on the path towards death. but her eyes opened again and two weeks had passed; her surrounding clean and white - a hospital.
later, she found out an ambulance had been called. the emts stabilizing her and rushing her to the hospital and saving her life in the process.
a few weeks later when she was finally strong enough to leave, she found a new path in her life. her goal was to become an emt as well. to save the lives of others who might need a second chance at life.
with that, she went back to work, using all her savings to sign herself up for everything she would need to become an emergence responder.
her life is a bit chaotic and balance is hard, but hanui finds herself managing for now. though money is tight and there are other things in her life that would likely throw her a curve ball.
