IN CELEBRATION OF OUR DEAR MOTHER NATURE'S SOULAR RETURN, I WISH YOU A HAPPY SUMMER SOLSTICE. HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOTHER NATURE. Imagine a bunch of balloons - bright, cheerful, and bouncy -- and you've got a good picture of what this day should mean. Instead of sticking to a rigid schedule, "go with the flow." Don't let your troubles dampen your enthusiasms. Instead, start this day with a song and count your lucky stars. Dress up! Get out and talk to someone. Listen to music. Read a book or go to a movie. Make your work seem fun -- it'll become contagious. Today, my friend, a smile can heal a thousand wounds. Wear yellow or orange if possible as a symbol of gratitude and thanks. ~Ahyoka Speaks©🌺

Caribbean Sweet Potato Cakes with Callaloo Sauce For the cakes: 1 large sweet potato, peeled & cut into 1″ cubes (550gr) 1 or 2 tbsp olive oil ½ tsp ground allspice ½ tsp ground cumin ¼ tsp dried chilli flakes ½ tsp dried thyme whole bulb of fresh garlic (outer leaves peeled off but still held together) 1 or 2 scotch bonnets chillies, deseeded & chopped 3 spring onions/scallions, chopped salt & black pepper a handful of fresh coriander leaves, chopped the zest of ½ a lime a few sprigs of fresh thyme leaves Preheat oven to 200C. On a lined baking tray, toss the sweet potato cubes with the olive oil, allspice, cumin, dried thyme, chilli flakes salt & pepper. Roast for about 20 minutes until soft. Roast the head of garlic at the same time. Mash the sweet potato in a bowl with half of the roasted garlic cloves that have been squeezed out of their skins. Cook the spring onions and scotch bonnets with a pinch of salt, in a little oil for a few minutes until softened. Stir this into the potatoes with the chopped coriander and lime zest. Check for seasoning, add more salt or lime zest if necessary. Cover and leave to rest in the fridge while you make the sauce. ~Ahyoka Speaks©🌺

What u r experiencing now, r the subtle nuances of ur biological and energetic upgrades as u begin 2 merge with ur higher cellf; b4 the June 21st #summersolstice and the upcoming #newmoonJune 25th. I know 4 many of u, it's a bit intense and scary, but this is necessary for the 5D activation. As we usher n2 the nu 5D Reality, we r also leaving the 3D cellf and false reality behind. This includes people, places and things that r not yet ready 4 activation(it's happening 4 them as well, even if they're unaware of it), but 4 u, the tyme is NOW. FEAR NOT and embrace the inevitable with ease and grace. The more u resist, the harder it will be 4 u 2 adjust. Be patient with ur cellf, especially during the tymes when u reflect on childhood memories. Be still and sit in those emotions to process and release. Like it or not, if it's authentic, LOVE IS IRREVERSIBLE. No matter how challenging relationships (of all kinds) gets, #LOVE isn't something ue can take back at the end of ur journey 2gether. So make #peace with the love that you're capable of giving, even if the other party doesn't recognize it or know how to receive it and visa versa. Forgive them as well as ur cellf 4 not overstanding the purpose & responsibility of roles in ur relation ship 2 1 another.
