Dont feed the beast
Whenever you feed the beast wickedness persists in your life. Stop feeding the enemy and giving your power over. It will keep you in bondage struggling and in disharmony. Abort any seeds planted into your mind daily never let them play on or continue to do so you are agreeing and letting satan take control of you. Resist all temptation this must be exercised daily for your greater good and progress.

“Don’t ever put limitations on yourself. Most often times, this results in a settlement for less than we are actually capable of achieving. Allow yourself to put in your very best effort, and be proud of where ever you end up. Don’t be scared. Don’t set limits. Just go, and give it your all.”

“Your eyes are open as you are reading this sentence. However, do you see clearly? Do you see how lucky we are to be able to read? To learn? To experience life?”
— Nicole Addison @thepowerwithin
Just a reminder: Your feelings are your feelings, and any that exist are there for a reason. Try not to sweep your own thoughts under the carpet, for this leaves both your thoughts as well as the external circumstances un dealt with. Care about yourself enough to be able to acknowledge your feelings, regardless of what they may be.
“Always be committed to developing your mind. Learn something new every single day. Read things that no one else is reading. Never stop learning new knowledge, for we were given this amazing ability for a reason.”

“When you’re trying to motivate yourself, appreciate the fact that you’re even thinking about making a change. And as you move forward, allow yourself to be good enough.”
— Alice Domar
Is the glass half empty or is the glass half full? Ultimately, you decide. You have the power to see the way in which your life appears to you.

Try to stop comparing yourself to everyone else and their own progress. You will still discover yourself piece by piece, regardless of where everyone else is at.

Just because you’re invited doesn’t mean that you have to show up. Don’t feel obligated to spend time with people that don’t contribute to your wellbeing. Please, respect yourself enough to say no when you need to.

One of the most challenging things I’ve had to learn is that healing must be intentional. There is no one golden day that comes and saves you from all your misery. Healing is a practice. You have to decide that it’s what you want to do and actively do it. You have to make a habit out of it. Once I learned that, I only looked back to see how far I came.
“Never have I dealt with anything more difficult than my own soul, which sometimes helps me and sometimes opposes me.”
— Imam al-Ghazali
