I'm currently 5'2 ft and 180 lbs
My goal is to loose about 40-50 pounds before my best friends wedding in January 2023
Diet 1200-1400 calories plus tracking macros
Exercise 5 days a week atleast 30 min on the treadmill daily
Intermittent fasting, 20 hr fasts only eating from 9-1
