things for me to keep in mind this year:
eating healthy is not a chore, it is the decision to nourish and honor my body from within
exercise is not a punishment, it is the action and discipline through which my body can become stronger
bingeing is not the end of the world - you can pick up right where you left off in your progress.
listen to your body! if you’re hungry, eat. if not, drink water.
practice makes perfect; don’t let one day or one week of inaction discourage you.
never lose sight of your goals✨
it’s absolutely fine to fail and fall, but always get back up. defeat is not an option.
