Breakfast.... day something
First day with a smoothie and just coffee
Smoothie is an almond milk turmeric smoothie bulked out with collagen and MCT oil. Iāve never had turmeric before.
And just black coffee in the other.
This cat, man.
Climbed into my husbandās work bag containing his all black uniform lolololol!
Told him he shouldnāt leave it on the floor.
Went to look at Christmas trees this morning. Pretty much just to smell them... I think weāre getting a free tree again this year.
And I did a little ātreat yoāselfā at target. Got a bunch of makeup and new brushes. My eye shadows and brushes are years and years old. It was time for new ones. And I feel like target makeup quality has gone way up?
Keto Day 3 & 4
Yesterday and today went well. After the first day pictures get a bit boring when you food prep.
We had subway for dinner last night and I always get the chicken bacon ranch melt salad and itās very good.
Today I got to eat my lunch at home with my kitty
I did some preparation for turkey day tonight too. I e got half keto and half not. I probably make a separate post about it tomorrow after Iāve made it. I think itās going to be good.
Keto Day 2 (2)
Today went well. Just a few challenges at work. Weāre moving the library to a new location so they got pizza. I declined, no big deal. They also got Cinnabon rolls. It was SO hard to say no to those. I love, love, love Cinnabon! But I declined.
Breakfast - my egg cups with coconut oil slathered on top and avocado
Lunch - BLT dip with veggies. (Just one, photo from meal prep yesterday)
Dinner - Cheese stuffed Italian sausage, and broccoli also slathered with coconut oil.
Iām still quite a bit hungry. So Iām going to drink some water and then probably have a fat bomb or other snack.
Keto Day 1 (2)
I did so much food prep today. Itās a short week, but I have my lunches made for work and meal plan is up on the fridge.
Breakfast (you already saw this, w/e. Steak and eggs)
Lunch - omelet. I meal prepped baked egg cups and this was the leftover mixture
Dinner - dips I made for lunches and a plate of veggies.
Meal prep - Bacon, spinach and mushroom egg cups for breakfast. BLT dip with veggies, Buffalo chicken dip with veggies for lunches and peanut butter chocolate fat bombs for snacks.
I know it probably seems weird to make dip for lunch, but Iām doing lazy keto this week. Didnāt want to spend too much time getting everything ready this week.
Keto Beginnings...again
So today is day 1 of keto. I got off track, a lot. I really liked the daily reports I did last time. I think itās useful for myself and for others.
I started out with a giant breakfast. Steak and eggs with avocado. Cooked with butter, of course.
Here we go!
