hi I haven't really been online so much cuz I wanted another break because of all the drama with my ex. taking a step back has been very good with me and I met someone interesting and we have been growing closer but I just dont know if im ready to be in another relationship and they are being very sweet and considerate of me and my feelings and its such an interesting feeling i have towards them ahaha idk I guess im just having fun rn which I really need

I cleaned my room a bit, cleaned the bathroom and took a shower now im doing laundry :*) i dont wanna be in this sad time feelings anymore its making me feel miserable. dealing with chronic illnesses and chronic fatigue is very difficult and I just really want to be more kind to myself and practice self care everyday even if its a little thing

I try not to think too hard on it. after crying for months over finding out my ex isnt who he says he is, finding out about him cheating on me constantly, with e girls online, my friends, with minors.....

I thought I truly loved this guy i was willing to do anything for him, I thought I could spend a long time with him. sometimes I wonder if I just wasn't enough, finding out hes been this way since the start of our relationship is disgusting :( why did he do that, why did he sleep with someone i thought was my friend, why was he sending porn to minors. I might go insane trying to find out why

for a very long time I thought that i was simply not attractive enough or maybe my personality is flawed. I spent months thinking, reflecting, looking back on the years with him and his friends, to have everything end like thi......it sucks. everything I thought I knew got flipped upside down and my world went dark and I felt so alone because of all of them

sometimes I wish all of this never happened and that things can go back to how it was.

hi I haven't blogged on here for a hot minute so I guess ill give an update on things ive done and how im doing

tonight is not so good for me, ive been in a low mood and im hangry (hungry + angry) and I got annoyed with my family severely

a couple days ago I made it to 4,000 steps! yay! very proud of myself for that one, and I started going back to my little work out routine and wow my legs get pretty sore lol I think im gonna start off slow with my core and cardio routine, the build up feels nice anyways and I can feel myself progressing and gaining more stamina? is that a thing ? lolol I feel like thats a thing

my ex and his friends keep stalking me so I had to call them out online once again sighh they wont leave me alone and I revealed some really heinous stuff he was doing and they still wont leave me alone so I had to reveal even more screenshots, its annoying, they are obsessed with me, throwing insults at me and whatnot its all so weird seeing them scrambling because the truth is finally coming out and they still want to defend my piece of shit ex

did 3,000 steps yay! had to go home cuz it was getting dark lol. and I cleaned up my room some more and sorting through old clothing + doing laundry.

Im a bit upset my sleep schedule is a mess but im glad I didnt let the late start of my day get to my head and did the stuff I wanted to do because the day isnt even over yet, so I feel pretty good ^_^

im gonna try grocery shopping tomorrow and run a few more errands. I crave all the fruit in the world and I wanna have some cucumbers maybe an avocado for my toast 😋😋😋😋

I think i want to post more positive things after dealing with so much negativity. like after venting I want to say at least 3-5 good things to counter the sadness

1. im learning to forgive myself

2. I have a cute nose

3. my friend is helping me buy skincare products ✨️

4. ive been playing alot of chess and puzzle games and its really fun and calming

5. I made an awesome fruit bowl

ive been doing okay, thought id give an update and stuff

ive been eating good, watching new seasons of my favorite shows and ive also been slowly going back to my workout routine! a day ago I did 1,000 steps and I know that isnt alot but its a nice for me. next I wanna do 2,000 steps and keep slowly progressing. it felt so nice to go outside and feel the cool breeze on my face I was also listening to my favorite twitch streamers and stuff so I had alot of fun 😁

my goal is to get 7,000 steps idk if I wanna do that everyday or maybe every 3 days..?? what do you guys think? im doing some yoga + cardio + core exercises on top of it, like I do all of that and I do my steps very last to cool off yknow? but sometimes I just do my walking if im not up to moving around so much but despite all of that I think its nice to go outside and enjoy the nice weather 🍀🍀🍀

haven't been feeling the best and I haven't been drawing alot either when I actually have alot of cool ideas in my head I want to make a reality. I guess im really bummed out making this doc about my ex and having to relive the shit he put me through so im kinda telling all my friends I wont talk to them for a bit/wont be up for socializing cuz my energy is so low. my sleep schedule and schedule in general is so messed up right now i should really fix it. everyone is worried about me even my family and everyone wants me to take a genuine break. I will take one.....after I finish this document and post it.........yup......
