What heartless character changed the most from their first concept? (Outfit, lore, ect)

Ooh that's a toughie!

Design-wise, River is obviously up there in terms of differences given that she is a completely different character than the original concept from when I was a kid sdgfjksgh -- but in terms of lore, Flint's backstory has definitely undergone more changes since I last got to talk about it! 👀 I'm looking forward to when my schedule clears up a bit 'cause there are also some side characters both old and new that I'd love to yap about.
