Since Charlie's death, dozens of innocent Palestinian children have been brutally and instantly slaughtered by bombs funded almost exclusively by the vote of cis white men in the US Congress, and handled by the cis white men of the respective armies.
In the USA, we have already had 288 school shootings- not even considering other types of mass shootings, THAT IS MORE THAN 1 PER DAY!! (To be clear, that's 7.2x more than THE REST OF THE WORLD COMBINED)
There's a $100,000 award out for Charlie Kirk's assassin. Dozens of people have already lost their jobs for implying that Charlie might have been "divisive", or that he had spewed hate in his life. Where's the bounty for Melissa Hortman?
Dozens of Republicans in the US Congress are blaming the Democrats, blaming us for Charlie's death. Where was the outrage for all these other assassinations? Where is the outrage for the hundreds of American children who DIE EVERY YEAR at the hand of guns? Or the hundreds of American children who starve to death every year, while these politicians spend thousands on their daily meals? I specify American children because you figure that's precisely who the MAGAts would be speaking to protect... yk, keeping the gays away from their precious kids and whatnot.
Charlie Kirk was a major influence in the suicides of many people, including children. Even my own attempts at one point. He is quoted as saying "I can't stand the word empathy, actually. I think empathy is a made-up, new age term that — it does a lot of damage.". I suppose he deserves none then, right? It's what he wanted?
Let's not forget that he died by protecting the 2A as he so dearly loves: "I think it's worth to have a cost of, unfortunately, some gun deaths every single year so that we can have the Second Amendment". How intensely ironic. It makes me chuckle.
God Bless America. Between UHC and now TPUSA, I hope we are entering an era of America where the wealthiest, most evil, most hate-spewing and life-ending CEOs are brought to their knees. They get what they deserve. They reap what they sow.
Violence should never be the answer. But it sure is an answer, a very powerful tool to indicate how bad things have come. To quote a friend, "They should be afraid. They should feel a fraction of the fear that they instill into the people I care about". If they are going to gut our healthcare, obliterate our rights, remove us from our country, raid our homes, deny due process, etc etc… they reap what they sow. If they are going to insist that anyone who 'deviates' from the 'standard' should be killed; if they are going to look past the deaths of innocent people- big and small- to bring "justice" for one of the most hateful people imaginable...
They reap what they sow.
They stamp on us for decades and expect us to just sit and whine? We can stand up or stand back; violence should never be the option, but in this day and age, where there is no longer any protection for the little guy, we need to come up with "creative methods" to prevent the utter ruin of our livelihoods.
Charlie Kirk shouldn't have needed to die, full stop. He did, however, get exactly what he deserved. I'm almost surprised it didn't happen sooner. We shouldn't need to kill dangerous and hateful influencers to get a message across. We shouldn't need to get up in arms to say "ENOUGH IS ENOUGH". We shouldn't need to resort to violence to claw our way to safety, to healthcare, to shelter. It is in no way our fault that it has come to this; tell me, who exactly is in control of the government? What tools do we have left?
