So I received this amazing book in my PO Box delivery today and… wow. Just wow. I honestly never expected anything like this… a whole book full of letters to me about my stories!!!

I feel so incredibly blessed to have a community of readers like you all. Publishing is a savage game and it can be really hard to stay positive and feel like anything I’m doing is actually any good or making any sort of impact on the world, but it’s you peeps who remind me that what I’m doing is good and necessary and important. Knowing that there are people out there who my books have genuinely helped through tough times… that makes everything feel worth it and makes me feel inspired to continue what I’m doing. And it’s always so much fun to chat to you all about my characters and your headcanons and memes and all sorts of stuff - I feel so lucky that I get to do that on a daily basis, that my books get to live on through all of us years after they’re published.

Thank you so so SO much to everyone in the @heartstopperdiscord who contributed to this, and especially @indelible-stars who put everyone’s letters together into this book. I hardly know what to say apart from that I genuinely adore and appreciate you and all your support and kind words. I’m gonna look at this every time I feel down about my work!!!!
