I close my eyes and all I see is dragons

I think the thing thats been most beneficial to my self image is drawing my face over and over again for an animation.

I would never notice the subtlies and the beautiful way the light reflects off of the sharp angles of my nose. The way my dark eyebags give my face so much more emotional impact when drawn up close. The knobbieness of my fingers like branches from a tree.

The care I put into observing and drawing myself looking past insecurities and searching for shapes and emotions
