We have been working really hard to change the face of the food industry and offer a supportive environment for the kinds of people who are often overlooked or made to feel uncomfortable working in kitchens! Working in a industry where white cis men are most commonly the people awarded and represented as cooks and chefs, we are here to be vocal about who we are and all the love and hard work we put into our food every day.
