Stella Gambler Concert Guitar, circa 1928 Highly sought after Stella model #5024 in excellent crack-free condition. All solid birch. Early example with two different types of decals; two of which depict the four card suites and the third depicts the King of Hearts. When they found this guitar, they were told that many years ago this guitar's original owner had for religious reasons carefully removed those "Sinful gamblers decals"  in order to play it in church. Aside from the missing decals, the guitar was in exceptional original condition, so they replaced the missing decals and over-sprayed the top. This guitar is very responsive, with action that is exceptionally close and easy. It feels almost like playing a Fender Strat or the like! It has a loud, balanced sound perfect for finger-picking the blues or ragtime! Comes with custom high-tech feather light hard-shell case.

Favilla Brothers Orchestra Model Guitar, circa 1930 An extremely rare guitar! Made for Friedman's Music, Newark, N.J. by Favilla Brothers, New York, N.Y., this is essentially a copy of a Martin OM-18; having the same body shape and dimensions. It originally came equipped with geared banjo tuning machines and sported a small teardrop pickguard like a Martin OM-18. It differs from a Martin OM in several ways. Most notably in the way the top is braced, having modified fan bracing pattern rather than the Martin's x-bracing. It also has a slightly longer 25 7/8" scale and a nut width of 1 11/16" rather than the Martin's 1 3/4" nut width. Adirondack spruce top, mahogany sides and back, ebony bridge and fingerboard.
