Deleted a bunch of posts I didn’t like.
I have a very hard time appreciating drawings I did in the past. I might delete all of them. I’m in the mood for starting over.

I haven't been posting here for quite a while. Well, I have been suffering from a very serious case of the "art block". But I'm back on track now. I have learned a lot during last week. I was experimenting with my art style and was doing more stuff in a traditional way. I want to start this blog over, but I'm hesitant to do so.
When I was crawled in my art block cave I decided, that I need some kind, of an original character. I felt like drawing random things wasn't making me happy about my art. I want to learn how to draw consistently. I want my drawings to have a little bit more to them than just a "well, this is what I did, a naked woman". So it is a very rough sketch of my original character that I am about to introduce when I finish this piece. I do not have anything else to post, to be honest.
Also, I started studying at the university. My major is the Dutch language, and I'm really keen on improving it, so if you want to help me, and speak to me in Dutch, please do that. I'll be more than happy.
Hey guys, this is for you digital artists out there.
My friends have created this site for tracking your images, it’s called copypants.com.
It sucks finding people who repost your art without crediting you. On top of finding your images, Copypants acts as a middleman for interacting with the reposters. They make it really easy to send credit requests to people reposting your work.
Check em out, copypants.com
If you guys run into any problems, feel free to email or message them.
Spread the word cause I found my art on websites I didn’t even know they existed.
Few doodles. I think I might paint this one lady. Sketching is not really something that I should be doing during lecture.
It took much longer than I expected. from reference
I need to practice light and shade more. I don't want to talk about anatomy, it could be better, but it is how it is. Colors are weird because I wanted it to look somewhat like a statue.
Weird neon-coloured octopus because I don’t feel like drawing my usual stuff. Also tentacles.
Studies I did today.
I started with the portrait in the left corner, for a warm-up. Hair there isn't really done well, but I didn't want to spend more time on this. Then I proceed to make lips on the right because I have no slightest idea how to paint them. Especially open. Still, need to work more on it. I'm glad I did them wrong on last painting so I could see I need to learn. Cloth studies were next. Nothing special about it, just two different materials from references. I played with brushes a little bit. Then, I painted the eyes using Krita's symmetry tool. I didn't try different angles and such because I want to learn basic structure first. The last thing I did was the hair in the right bottom corner. I don't know how to paint hair at all. I have no idea how to make them look decent. Every time I try, they end up looking very odd, compared to the rest of the picture.
Old sketchbook page with the ball python drawing I did like month ago. But I still like it and consider it to be my favourite page.
Quick St. Bernard dog study I did as a warm-up before drawing.
