Chicken salad in pita bread with a side of homemade sweet potato fries
Here are my workouts from today and yesterday. Just a disclaimer, I wouldn’t recommend doing the arm and leg workouts on the same day. I did arms + abs yesterday and legs + abs today.
Arms
curls 3x10
lateral pull downs 3x10
rows 3x10
tricep rope pull downs 3x10
military press 3x8
tricep dips 3x15
dumbell tricep extension 3x10
side lateral raises 3x10
Abs
russsian twist 3x1 min
leg lifts 4x10
weighted shoulder taps 3x10 each shoulder
Legs (Glute Focus)
warm up - curty lunges 15
single leg press 3x10
hip thrust with resistance band 4x10
sumo deadlift 4x10
single leg bench lunges 3x10
fyi there is no such thing as “getting back on track” after the holidays because you were never “off track” you were simply living life because you are a human being and you deserve that

Fries on FRY-DAY is a must😋🍟🌿 who else is celebrating the end of another week with potato fries?💫 My lunch today back home for the weekend was this plate of nourishing goodness: #oilfree Japanese sweet potato fries, spicy chickpea veg chilli (the recipe is from my Ebook!) + salad, all drizzled in tahini post-photo.
