I never do this but I wanted these photos to serve as pictures to show my progress. Today was leg day and I did exercises to lift and shape my butt! I came up with some really cool stuff!
(3x1min each leg) Treadmill side squats with incline
(3x1min each leg) Treadmill lunges on incline with back kick
(3x15) Glute bridge hold with weight
(3x10) pulsing squats using barbell
(3x50) calf raises using barbell
(3x10 each leg) Fire hydrants
That was it for tonight! Like this if you would like me to post more of my food/workouts!
Fired up the grill today for some lunch!
today’s workout
so today has a few repeats from yesterday. It was a light workout because I’m sore and don’t want an injury, but I did increase the incline on the treadmill. I promise some more exciting workouts in the near future :)
30min run
(1x1min each leg) Side squats on treadmill with incline
(1x1min) Lunges with kick back on treadmill with incline
(3x15) bicep curls
(3x15) military press
(3x15) tricep dips
8.5 mi bike ride with friends!
I love exercising with friends because you don't focus on the work! Or at least that's true for me, what about you guys?
